First, remember: people who are happy about a service have better things to do than write a review…read moreonline! Because their problem was solved and they moved on, right? Remember that most people here complaining need a place to share their stories. I understand some users might have different problems and needs than me (hence so many negative reviews), but my experience with them has been nothing but a dream! I wish I could remember the name of the customer service staff who talked to me because they definitely need praise! I was involved in a car accident where an uninsured driver was at fault, and they were able to answer all my questions. The two ladies who talked to me on the phone were so clear and patient. I'm a total dummy about insurance and legalities and its jargons, but they made my life so much easier! In a few hours, I had an appointment with an excellent damage evaluator (which was also a great body shop), and I was put in touch with a rental company. Everything has been a smooth ride. I'm so sorry this wasn't the same experience for everyone. But I beg you to consider Geico as an insurer, they were SO great to me!!

Geico was the worst agents. Mid January a driver without insurance tried to crash into my geico…read moreinsured car. The other was State Farm. I called State Farm for liability approval and they said GEICO customers arent well represented. One of the agents thought I should leave geico. The geico agents were not supportI've and were rude on the phone. Melissa Cipriano implied that Geico has lackluster customer service then State Farm. I cannot afford State Farm but I'm glad that State Farm agent Melissa knew it was not my fault.

Worst financial company I have ever had to work with. I have tried to do a 401k rollover not once,…read morenot twice, but three times. Still no gas. I was worried about this being done incorrectly in the first place, then everyone treated me like I was paranoid and every fear I had has easily been surpassed at this point. I could not imagine it being this difficult. I set up a three-way call with the other company to make sure this was handled correctly the first time and you still managed to mess it up. You sent my 401k to me instead of the other company. They must have had no idea what the other company's address was, but did not think to tell me that the first time or ASK for some incomprehensible reason and just sent it to the address on file they had for me. I had just moved, so of course, they sent my check to an address I no longer live at. What if someone had cashed it before I noticed this was not done correctly? Do not trust this company with your money. I did not think about it for a month, because who expects after having set up a three-way call between all needed parties that this would not be done correctly. So, I had to call back a second time to issue a replacement check. I immediately asked to speak to a manager, because I had no faith in the random person on the phone. The guy I got on the phone was nice and talked me down and assured me I did not have to worry about being charged taxes until the check was cashed. However, yet again we ran into problems. This time I did request he send it to my new updated address, because I didn't trust them to send it to the other company at this point. I did receive the check and thought finally I was home free, but wait....there's more! The check was apparently addressed to me and not to the company - I didn't know at this point, because what is the point of opening an envelope you are resending elsewhere? So, I unwittingly sent this check to the new company to find out it was addressed to me and not the company, so they could not cash it. Now, we're on try #3...I get the address for the new company and have them send the check again this time with specific instructions to address it to the new company and not my name. I just found out after sending a check in email to the other company, they still have not received the check. I called for assistance with this 21 days ago, so that gave them plenty of time for their 1-3 business day window and mailing times. So, I know its messed up again and I'm now sitting on the phone wasting yet another hour of my time waiting on hold to hopefully fix this issue. This is my first time trying to do a rollover. I've explained this multiple times. REAL customer service asks questions to make sure they are doing things right. Basic questions like - where/to whom should the check be mailed? Basic questions like - who should the check be made out to? I understand if it gets messed up once (especially if someone doesn't bother to tell you you're new to the process), but THREE times! Stay away! The customer service is friendly in demeanor, but not invested in doing things right or listening to or anticipating needs at ALL. I need someone competent to speak to, an actual human being on the line without waiting hours on hold. I shouldn't have to ask for a manager and go to social media for any hope of resolving this. It's been MONTHS... Word of advice - if they are managing your 401k and you're new to rollovers - just have them send the check to you at a valid address, open the check to make sure its there (who knows at this point) and filled out correctly. If its made out in your name, just cash it into a 401k account with another company like Fidelity. My mother has worked with them for years and NEVER run into anything like this. The one star is for friendliness of demeanor only.
