It wasn't until I was in high school that I started to hear the occasional horror story about the dentist. Not numbed properly, painful experiences, mistakes. Due to soft teeth and not flossing nearly as much as I should (sorry, Doctor), I've had my fair share of cavities. He's tops at making sure you can't feel a thing while he drills. Whenever I'm given nitrus (that drill is like nails on a chalkboard), it's always the perfect amount so that I'm relaxed, but still completely with it. He's a bit older, but keeps up with modern practice so that this establishment is always on the cutting edge. And he's a great listener if you have any concerns. I really dislike the whole dentist process, but I wouldn't trust my teeth to anyone else! I'd recommend this office to anyone. He truly knows what he's doing. Even though his son works in an adjoining office, I hope he isn't planning on retiring any time soon!

When I moved here I found Bagley Familt Chiropractic Care. They were local and the staff was nice. I saw him for a period of time and everything went fine. I stopped going because I did not need to continue. Fast forward 3 years. I got injured and the device they used threw my hips out of place. So I went back. They got me in right away initially. I left the adjustment feeling sore but nothing that seemed too abnormal. But boy was I wrong... By the time I got home it felt so psinful that I was in tears. I had pain all down my leg, burning sensation and it was numb. So I called them and they said, "Oh just a pinched nerve. Happens sometimes. No reason to be alarmed." They'd get me back in and fix it. I had to wait two days to get back in. So I was in pain for two days. Not able to go anywhere or do anything. When I went back he said he wasn't going to adjust me but was going to do a different type of therapy. The first one actually made me hurt more. The second didn'thelp at all. I mentioned both during this time, thinking that feedback would help them understand how I was feeling and maybe help with what i needed. It did not. They basically said ok I'll let the chiropractor know. After the session I inquired about coming back they said, "Whenever, you are on maintenance now." I was astonished... how could I be in maintenance, I was still in a lot of pain? When I explained this they brushed it off and made it seem like they did not believe me. Their exact words were, "There really isn't anything else we can do. Maybe follow up with your PCP because we can't prescribe anything." Is this a joke? Umm, I was never looking for drugs. I was looking for you to fix what you caused. To act like I just wanted drugs when I never mentioned drugs at all is ridiculous. I work in Healthcare, I know you can't prescribe anything. I'm not an idiot, I know you don't have a medical degree like that. But you are a professional healthcare business that screwed up my care, so you should have to fix this. And to treat me like you don't believe me because I said your first treatment hurt me and made me feel worse is astonishing. I would NOT ever recommend them to anyone. You should never treat your patients like this - shame on you Bagley Family Chiropractic care. I cannot even comprehend treating a patient this way. If you are looking for Chiropractic care, go somewhere else. Not even worth trying them.
