I found this out calling my insurance company after I was asked to pay for the visit my insurance would have paid if notes were submitted. I paid the money out of good faith because I always had gotten great results from Dr Dan! My last visit with Dr Dan I felt uneasy..... Not because of Dr Dan but with Dr Lisa whom appeared to be having a bad day. On that day I felt my care was more about the money not my care. They only care for their pocketbook. I felt lost hurt, broken, vulnerable, embarrassed, unable to escape my pain or come to the words to express it and to top this I have a choice they get to decide to take a med that will make me get delusions or take a patch that causes me to get breakouts ....helping ? No that's just causing a person to feel trapped and cornered in possibly a way for themselves to have to feel the need to self medicate like I said this office was a joke. I done everything I was supposed to like piss test clean every time I came to every appointment answered every phone call answered every question stayed over hr for my scheduled apt stayed in the waiting area but for some reason, I got unfair treatment and only have the opportunity to go elsewhere have to find a different Pain Managment and I hope that there's none out there. The nurse made her feel bad and the nurse said that was on the clock on 7/19/25 at 2:00 am that she had to leave a patient on the toilet to check on him. My friend and I called back to explain that the person shouldn't just leave a patient by themselves on a toilet. She accused my friend on the phone of making false accusations against her . she went ahead and said this time that she had an assistant with her. It made my friend feel bad and she told my friend that she doesnt feel bad that she feels bad because she said my friend was trying to make false accusations. My friend was just repeating what was said. She also told her that she needs to get on the same page as her husband. She was rude and cruel. I have worked in the Medical field for over 30 years and I have never heard a nurse talk to a family member this way. I heard all and it was cruel and mean. She made both of us feel like we were liars and she was more concerned basically that we don't all her out on her actions. She wouldn't even accept the apology my friend gave cause she said my friend shouldn't be sorry cause it was my friends fault. This is not good service.
