If I could vote negative stars I would. They never call you back, don't update you before hearings, appear on your behalf without updating you that they're doing so, continue to blow off calls and say they'll call you back and never do. They have an online system that doesn't have updated information so you're getting notifications of things that aren't actually accurate or have passed. The front of house staff is never there and not even on the same page as the lawyers. David is never there so Joseph is constantly doing everything which causes everything to fall through the cracks and is not my problem. read more

I absolutely love the fact that Joseph Kellener is my attorney. He is a diligent and an affective attorney with a superior knowledge of the law, and more importantly how it actually is applied. We have had the occasion to utilize his services with regard to landlord-tenant issues on several unfortunate occasions. And in at least one of those circumstances, there was no way in hell we should've prevailed but Joe killed it. I found Joe Kellener on avvo.com and he had overall very good reviews/ratings, a high volume of reviews, and several, seasoned years of experience. From speaking with Joe, I can tell he is very intelligent and assertive, and is spot on with his knowledge of CA law. I also think his strengths would really demonstrate well when faced with depositions or trial. My case settled at mediation, and I had the opportunity to have his partner David Green, represent me. My experience at mediation was super lit!!!!!! David Green is a complete bad ass and I really appreciate that I felt super heard with him, and felt confident I was in good hands.
