Dr. Jessica is experienced and passionate about what she does. Both Dr. Jessica and Kelsey take the time to explain and educate about what they do and why they are doing it. For example, my 8 year old's teeth are crowding and I took her in for a consultation. Kelsey explained everything she was doing - from the photos to the x-ray - in a clear and kid-friendly way. My daughter was very interested. Dr. Jessica then pulled up the x-ray and walked me through how adult teeth come in and what to look for in the future. By sharing her knowledge with her patients, it helps empower them to know they're making the right decision. They use the newest technology and you can feel confident that your treatment plan will have amazing results. Appointments booked! We did a few evals for 2 of my kids over the last few years and I've been super impressed with Dr. Robb's friendless, timeliness and knowledge. The same goes for the rest of his staff. Ms high maintenance has been perfectly comfortable there and that alone is worth 5 stars. Ms. high maintenance hasn't started treatment yet (braces coming this spring eek), but her brother got an expander today. The entire process couldn't have been smoother, they made him feel super special for getting an expander (lucky him ;)) and sent him home with an awesome goody bag that even included a gift card to dairy queen. Genius. I also love that we don't have to turn it every night, but just go to Dr. Robb's office once a month and they do all the adjustments for us! Orthodontics work is expensive and Dr. Robb's office is no exception. I didn't compare his pricing to other orthos in the area since I really liked him and believe most of the names I heard are also pricey. However, I do like that they are very upfront with their pricing and let you know exactly what to expect in regards to cost and amount of time. I think between my 3 kids I'll be at Dr. Robb's office pretty frequently, but not such a bad place to hang out! And especially when the end result will be even better smiles!

When I had minor issues with my top teeth the chipped part of my front tooth, Dr. Brady did not hesitate to correct it for me. She really does care about the health and progress of your ortho treatment and will walk you through what's going on which is comforting to me. All the assistants and receptionists I've meet are so friendly too. Indred is the assistant that's always there during my check ups. Really sweet lady and she's a pro and what she does. The Facility: The entrance to the office is behind the small strip mall. Turn into the strip mall with the jimmy johns on skokie valley blvd. The office is modern looking and clean. There's an XBOX and TV in the waiting room. The main patient area is an open space with a row of patient chairs. Most ortho appointments are quick 30 min appointments so I think that's why they designed it like that. This is a small detail, but I like how they have different flavored gloves. I'm sure it's for the kids, but hey big people like them too. :) The only drawback for me is that their offices are so far away. But for the high level of service they offer, I drive willingly to get my teeth taken care of.

While I have had mostly positive experiences with the doctors at this practice, I cannot say the same for the office staff. Their staff told me they would file a claim with my insurance company on my behalf. Several months into treatment, I still had heard no update as to whether the claim had been approved or not, so I called my insurance company to find out, and they told me the claim had been denied because G&G failed to indicate that this was a continuation of treatment, and not a new Invisalign treatment. When I reached out to G&G for an explanation, and to find out what my options are, they started pointing fingers at the insurance company and my previous dental provider. I have been emailing with them for months now to try and get this issue resolved, and have gotten nowhere. Most recently, I asked them to send me a copy of the claim form they submitted so I can figure out where they made a mistake, correct it, and resubmit it, but they have yet to respond, and I'm not holding my breath for a positive outcome. This is unfortunate because the doctors here genuinely seem to care about their patients, and know what they're doing, but their quality of care is undermined by their administrative team's brazen inefficiency and incompetence. Overall, I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
