I got frustrated and mad called the 800 number again tell him I wanted someone to call me back before I contact a lawyer. That seem to do the trick. Someone did call me back. I'm 67 years old with rheumatoid arthritis and I injured my hand I need physical therapy I can't pay for either one and I was definitely upset. The young lady told me that she does not have to deal with rude people and Farmers was done. Here I said, I can't get my car fixed. I can't get physical therapy because some girl in some office somewhere thinks I wasn't sweet enough to her, I think it's just a ploy that farmers insurance uses to get out of paying people. It looks like my only option is I might have is to sue this young man. And that's not fair because he has insurance so if I were you, I wouldn't use farmers insurance.
