In August, I noticed the cracks in the pool deck were getting larger and called to have it rechecked since it is still under warranty (I'm getting ready to resurface the pool deck). Their technicians came out on August 14th and left me with a mess; they did lift the outside corner again but they also lifted the wrong section and broke the channel drain. No one from their office has called, and no one has come to repair their warranty work. I considered using Alpha Foundation to fully stabilize the pool deck again, but after seeing their warranty work, I'm not so sure.

After researching on the Florida Division of Corporations websites, however, it appears that this is still the same company, with the same principal agents, who simply dropped "Systems" from the name in 2010 (although it still appears here with Systems). Their website refers to a 100% repair success rate and a lifetime transferable warranty, but my experience has found neither claim to be true! Don't trust this company.

We called them back once, when the project was only about 6 months old. They never corrected the issue and when more erosion occurred behind the wall again, I let it go until this year. We did the traditional method this time - filter barrier, stone and repack the top. Ironically, it cost 7K with LRE and 7K to repack it 3 years later. What ever foam they used has completely disolved when it was dug out or very little evidence foam was ever used. Do not waste you money and go the old tried and true method to repair your wall and just dig out.
