The front desk staff was welcoming right away and even thanked me for completing my forms ahead of time, which was a nice touch. The dental assistant who took my X-rays (I'm assuming that's what it's called) came out to get me and was super kind and easy to talk to. She explained everything as we went and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. After the imaging, Dr. Hernandez came in and went over everything they found. I honestly don't remember ever having a dentist be that thorough. He took his time, explained things clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on and had all my questions answered. This was just the first visit--they'll do the cleaning and anything else at a follow-up--but overall, everyone there was wonderful. It's hard for me to even say this, but I'm actually looking forward to going back. I told my youngest son and his wife (who are local and looking for a dentist), and they are eager to be seen by Dr. Hernandez and his staff!

It seems as if if you are either you don't agree with having implants or 25K solutions he no longer has any interest. Plus for what he has done cost wise is twice the cost of anyone else in the area. Both phone system they use as well as website way of contact is useless. I have told them this over and over and they don't seem to care. Based on the amount of employees these things should never be an issue in my opinion.

This is a beautiful practice, it looks like a dental spa. However it is also a cutting edge medical dental facility. I have severe periodontal disease, the treatments that have been made available to me are new innovative and they work! I have been very blessed to have received care from many of the folks at this practice, Christi is the hygienist that I see every 3 months and she has been absolutely phenomenal. In partnership with Dr. Downs she has introduced some very advanced and effective treatments into my care plan. I have been very impressed by her dedication to finding ways to help me. Everyone at this practice is extremely kind, my comfort is always a top priority and even procedures that I feel like could be painful are not. Dr. Downs and her team have always made sure that I am totally comfortable.
