They refused to fix it. One of my family members recommended Advanced Family Dentistry. Not only was I told they were warm and courteous, but they also had late afternoon appointments available. I changed dentists post-haste. Dr. Arazi, Dr. Taler, and the employees who work at Advanced Family Dentistry are all consummate professionals. Their customer service is outstanding, and they seem to be extremely knowledgeable of their craft. Certainly, the plethora of certificates on the walls speak to this. He said he knows the perfect dentist who is his personal dentist, Dr Ward! He shared how wonderful Dr. Ward is! I called his office asking for a new patient appointment and I couldn't believe how soon I was scheduled an appointment! I had 2 known issues to be addressed and Dr. Ward found one more important issue. His practice is all inclusive with everything needed for routine dentistry and orthodontia, including a lab where he made me a new crown!! Yep, you read that correctly! The most amazing thing for me was that he provided so many interventions in 2 visits where my previous dentist would have provided all the same things in 4-5 visits, if not more! Another time, I had to get update x-rays but the hygienist kept having to retake them because she kept missing the right shot. She took her hands out of my mouth each time she talked, so I feel like the appointment took longer than normal haha. I have been with Dentistry of Fishers for over 6 years, and have highly recommended Dentistry of Fishers (Dr. Jones) to many others. Unfortunately today's experience did not meet my expectations. Truly, his dental assistant was not only rude, but highly inappropriate. Upon arriving to my appointment, Truley greeted me with an attitude and rudeness. As a business professional, I assumed she was having a rough day and ignored it. At the end of my appointment, she then snatched an item out of my hand, which Dr. Jones advised he did not notice the interaction. She then attempted to schedule me for my follow up appointment, which I declined to do with her. In an attempt to remove myself from the room before things escalated, she acted as though she didn't want to move her arm to let me out of the room. How professional! Truley's behavior was unacceptable and fell below the standard of professionalism that all patients should expect from a healthcare practice. Truley was dismissive, discourteous and lacked foundational respect. Professionalism is essential in a healthcare setting, as it directly impacts a patients trust and the reputation of that practice. Office staff/employees are a REFLECTION of the provider and the practice. Today's experience was absolutely horrible.

Let's get me scheduled for a cleaning, and then we'll reschedule the procedure no problem." Then, he told me he needs to charge me for the visit when literally all he did was tell me I needed a cleaning. I politely raised the question to the staff as I was checking out. "I'm confused. Is it your policy to charge people when you did no procedure and did no cleaning? I was in the chair for approximately one minute." They explained that it was their policy. I paid the bill and left. A few days later I receive a letter from him in the mail. He asked me not to come back and he called me a liar. I was flabbergasted. I didn't agree with his practice of charging a fee for no work being done, but I was never rude to him or his staff. I will not be going back. You won't have to ask me twice. There are much better options nearby by professional, courteous dentists. Stay away from Walker!

I have an illnesses which causes me to vomit frequently, sometimes with no warning. I had an episode while in the Martin Dentistry office some time ago. It's not as though they didn't know or hadn't seen it. However, after being late to an appointment which was rescheduled I was ridiculed. Call me silly but I didn't want to uncontrollably vomit all over the dentist or hygienist. Frankly, it's a health risk. I could've easily choked on my vomit during treatment. You can be the best dentist but with an unprofessional, patient facing staff you will eventually lose business. Side note, somehow the office suppressed my Google review. Now I consider them unreliable.

And my hygienist was knowledgable, talked me through everything and even made a note in my chart about preferences much appreciated. Additionally, they do provide fluoride for their adult patients. This is crucial and I've been getting this ever since I've gone to the dentist. Meeting the dentist was great, she was personable and shared her advice with me about my concerns. She did not force me into any decisions and said it was my choice but she would air on the side of conservative treatment.
