All the materials were picked and purchased by the business, they weren't custom in anyway. It's not my problem that you might have exceeded the time to return them, you pushed the job twice in favor of other jobs that ran long, then blamed covid for the 3rd push back. Covid or not, it shouldn't have took 3 tries to get this job done. We lost 3 weeks of vacation time taking off to be home for the project. He then tried to offload the materials on us saying he would deliver them to our home. I'm not a contractor, I don't want the materials. I want my money for a job not done. Then we had to threaten legal action to get our money back because the business became extremely slow to not responsive for a week at a time. Mysteriously the 1st check was lost in the mail, still to this day hasn't made it to us so it makes me think it wasn't mailed. Called the BBB and PA attorney general's office after that. When we demanded tracking on a replacement check and again threatened legal action, that one magically made it to us. When we signed the contract we had days to give the deposit, yet it took him months to get us our money back. Buyer beware.

Ronnie came and provided multiple estimates and discussed our needs/wants, he was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Eventually, we agreed on the scope of the project and work began in early May with an expected timeline of about a month: driveway expansion, install drywall/drainage and landscape design of our backyard mountain. Ronnie, Ed and the rest of the team showed up day one on-time, excited and eager to start. Each day afterwards the team showed up on-time in the morning and worked into the evening making sure we understood the status before they left. We had great weather so the job went much quicker than originally expected, they were done in just over a week! Ed's work with the large machines is hypnotic and smooth and the team did some serious work bringing in and laying all the stone.
