I was immediately put at ease by his professional, yet friendly demeanor. Since then, I've had Mike complete a number of jobs at my home and consider myself lucky to have found him. Beyond the reasonably priced, craftsman quality of his work, Mike has always been very respectful of my time, home and family. He shows up on time, exceeds expectations with his work and finishes on time, as promised. I'm almost hesitant to sing Mike's praises, because I like him being available to me. That being said, he's a really nice guy that deserves to do well. So, give him a call, at least. You'll be glad you did ... and will probably feel compelled to write your own review.

The exterior of our home was also getting worn down with the house gutters damaged/clogged and Paul did a fantastic job repairing and replacing the gutters for a smoother flow. After many years of planning and research, my husband and I decided to have our 1960's kitchen…read moreremodeled. We went through the company Wren and worked with the designer to pick out cabinets, countertops and appliances. Wren then assigns a contractor to do the installation. Our contractor was Tom Radcliffe from Radcliffe Remodeling and Repairs. I immediately looked him up on the Internet and came across conflicting reviews. I scheduled an appointment to meet with Tom and talk with him about the installation. This was the BEST decision I ever made! Tom Radcliffe is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and kind. He will listened to what I wanted. And let me tell you, I wanted a few crazy things. He offered suggestions, which always turned out to be better than what I had imagined. His work ethic was top notch!! After each day of the process, he made sure he left us with a clean area. He would review what work was completed that day in case we had questions and explained what was going to be done the next day. I am very OCD about things and Tom was the perfect match for that. His work was so precise that there was never an issue with measurements. He added lighting in the ceiling, under the cabinets, 3 pendent lights and all were even and perfect. The hardware on the cabinets is perfect. Tom went above and beyond for me when there was a backorder on an appliance and I was at a loss of what to do. He spoke to a different appliance store on my behalf and I was able to have a better grade appliance delivered the following week. So long story short, regardless of one negative and mean review, I am so happy I chose Tom Radcliffe to do this renovation. I walk into my kitchen everyday and feel such joy. I am so thankful to Tom for making this process as stress-free as possible and for being a calming presence to me when I would become overwhelmed. I will DEFINITELY be utilizing Tom's services in the future. (Seriously. I have two 1960's bathrooms and a den that is still paneled from the 70's!)

They helped us find exactly the materials they would need while we were away. They worked throughout the Labor Day weekend to get the project complete in our time frame (our neighbors even noticed how hard they were working while we were away!) Two issues with the materials came up while we were on vacation and they were able to make the run to the store to get the updated selections we purchased online. When we returned home, their craftsmanship was excellent! Everything looked exactly as we pictured and we love it!! Dave and Carlina were great to work with and always very responsive with communications! Much thanks to them and definitely the highest rating possible!

They provided a timely estimate with an anticipated start date and followed up with great quality work within the original estimate and time-frame. The basement was immaculate when they were done!! We ran into an electrical problem while they were at our home (no fault of theirs) and they hooked us up with an electrician that same day.
