Took for ever to just get the account setup then after that they started messing up my payments. That was the last straw, they called me saying I had held my payment, which I had not done. I talked to Peggy and she was unhelpful and rude. Never apologizing and saying the issue was I was paying with a credit card, blaming me. This office is disorganize, and has no customer service except for one women, Lizzy. The rest of them can care less, once they had me as a customer they dropped me and only want their money and do not care at all about having happy customers.
