Recently moved to maine this office cold called me since I was with State Farm before moving…read more Thought that was great at first but from there I had nothing but issues with this office. Just to get my stuff switched over it was a nightmare. I would try calling in and sometimes it took days for me to get a call back if at all. Took for ever to just get the account setup then after that they started messing up my payments. That was the last straw, they called me saying I had held my payment, which I had not done. I talked to Peggy and she was unhelpful and rude. Never apologizing and saying the issue was I was paying with a credit card, blaming me. This office is disorganize, and has no customer service except for one women, Lizzy. The rest of them can care less, once they had me as a customer they dropped me and only want their money and do not care at all about having happy customers.

I would rate this company negative if I could. My 90 year old dad worked 30 years with CMP. All his…read moreretirement paperwork showed he had a $33000 life insurance policy with Met life until death. He retired in 1994. His online benefits as of Nov , 2024 still show a $33000 policy. After his death, it took months for my siblings and myself to obtain payment. We each recieved $8200. We even received a letter informing us that was the expected amount for each of the four of us. Now, Met Life via mail is telling each of us we were overpaid!. The letter states that his original life insurance certificate had a line stating after age 65 his policy amount would be reduced by 10% yearly. Met life is saying the most it can be worth is $10000, so we each have to repay $5700!!. Horrible, Horrible company... Stay away!!!
