She was incredibly helpful, responded quickly to my questions, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt comfortable and well cared for. One thing I especially appreciated was that Dr. Ehret never pressured me toward a particular procedure or implant size. He carefully took measurements, explained my options, and showed me what would work best for my body and frame. The imaging process was incredibly helpful because it allowed me to see how different sizes and profiles would look on my own body from multiple angles. I also had access to the images afterward, which gave me time to review everything at home and make a confident decision. At no point did I feel rushed. I even managed to leave my glasses behind. The office contacted my husband right away and had them ready for pickup when he arrived, which was greatly appreciated. My post-operative appointment was just as positive as the rest of the experience. Dr. Ehret carefully checked my incisions, answered my questions, and provided clear instructions for recovery. I cannot stress how well I feel this procedure went. Like anyone I looked at the reviews before I booked the surgery and was SPOOKED. The recent reviews are filled with bad experiences. So when I called Liz to schedule my procedure (after she chit chatted with me about a trip I had just been on) I let her know my worries and concerns and the amount of reassurance that woman gave me was astounding. She let me know that most people with good experiences don't leave reviews so I'm here to do just that. Not only is the whole team that worked on me so amazing and friendly, but they walked me through every last silly little question the whole way through with zero annoyance or frustration. And boy did I have a LOT. During the procedure they played the kind of music I wanted to listen to and allowed me to have my face covered with glasses on so I wouldn't have to see what was going on upon request. All that to say this is not a completely painless procedure, BUT it is only in the beginning with the numbing. It was the equivalent of getting numbed up at the dentist just a bit longer and on your stomach haha. Some spots were more uncomfortable than others but all completely bearable. You truly are getting what you pay for when you decide on sono bello. I will update 3 months from now when I'm less swollen and more healed, but as of right now I am beyond happy with the procedure and it gives me confidence that everything will heal wonderfully.
