Dr. Pratt acknowledged the problems with my results and promised to address them with a revision. However, he retired before he could follow through on those promises. After Dr. Pratt left, I reached out to the remaining surgeons at the practice for help, but they refused to take on my case or provide the revision care I had been promised. The lack of meaningful follow-up and support from the surgery center has been incredibly distressing. After trusting a practice with such a significant procedure, I expected care, accountability, and help when the outcome was unacceptable. Instead, I was left to deal with the consequences on my own. The severe scarring has profoundly affected my confidence and quality of life, and I am devastated by what happened. I trusted this practice with my face, and I never expected to be left feeling this way after surgery.
