Let me tell you about my experience, because this firm went above and beyond for me. So here it goes: I wasn't in some horrific wreck. Rather, a pretty run of the mill accident which wasn't my fault but nonetheless -- I was injured. I had never been in a car accident before and I did not know what I was in for post-accident. With a full-time job, life and responsibilities at first it all seemed so daunting and overwhelming. From physical therapy, to getting my car repaired to medical expenses, treatment and potential lawsuit. Not only did the Bressler firm exceed my expectations -- from purely a legal standpoint -- they helped facilitate doctor recommendations, paperwork and the painstaking insurance process so I could focus solely on my recovery, while they handled the case. I called back after 6 months as we hadn't heard anything about the case and I had paid him a large amount of cash (about half of what he asked for)for very little time working the case. He tells me that he got it dropped and this conflicted with what he originally told me that it was not filed. He went round and round telling me this was an agreement with a fee schedule which I never received and he says call back and ask Felicia for it and now no answer to calls or emails. He was a total different person this last conversation, a bit condescending and scoffed at me when I tried to get a better understanding. The first conversation so friendly and accommodating.

My husband was pulled over for "running a red light" on a Wednesday night by IMO, another overzealous, quota- hungry deputy. His record was run though the database which turned out to have a vop from over a decade ago that was not supposed to be on his record at all, so in short he was put in handcuffs and taken to jail. It was later in the evening and didn't know who to call or what was going on with him since no updates were available. Early, the next morning, when still no bond or first appearance happened, I found Mr Leroy on AVVO and cross referenced him with yelp and immediately called him. He took my husbands info, which was not easy to find in the court system being so old, mind you. And started working right away to help free him. He filed an emergency motion that same day, worked his magic, and by Friday morning his case was closed and he was free to go. People, I am telling you.
