I did not no this until I received a letter from the state a week after I already hired Ticket Clinic. The Ticket Clinic took my $500 from me for a lawyer in KY to tell me he "convinced the state to let me do this." If I wanted to take the class I would have done that. I am not able to. I hired The Ticket Clinic to take care of this. There was not contact asking me if I agreed to this. Their response is "we already accepted that offer from the court." SO it would possibly be another court visit, obviously requiring more money from me. Ask me to hold while they assessed my case only to come back with "this is the only option". read more

DO NOT USE!!! Buyer be ware this is a scam!! I recently used the ticket clinic and wound up paying over one hundred more dollars for court costs. Plus the $100 for the ticket clinic and I had to go to school so I did not get points on my license. You are better off paying the ticket and going to school that is always an option without an attorney and save yourself $250!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! The worst experience ever. I decided to try ticket clinic out because it would help save me money and time. Turns out it did the opposite. I've gone 10 years without receiving a traffic citation and just received one for tailgating. The ticket was $166. They quoted me $110 to take care of the ticket and get rid of the points. They did that but then end up costing me court fees of $173. Definitely not worth it if it's going to cost about twice as much as the original ticket. You're better off paying the ticket and just going to traffic school. Definitely not using ticket clinic ever again. I definitely do NOT recommend coming here for your traffic citation needs. read more

I have heard about the ticket clinic for a long time. I have just never had a need to ever use a traffic attorney. Well that time finally came when I got a speeding ticket in the middle of the summer last year. I could not believe it, but they finally got me. Being that I was so foreign to the ticket paying process, I figured that I would let someone else handle it. I am so thankful I did. I will not use the ticket clinic any more and here is why; the last time I hired them I was found guilty in speeding and had to pay the ticket clinic $180, the full amount of my ticket $281, and got 4 points on my license. Now when I called them after the case that is when they decided to tell me that I should have just did driving school bc of my past record it was not a very successful chance of winning in any way. I use them all the time and instead of telling me to save my money for the next time, they just took it without explaining anything at all to me on the phone and they knew that the success rate was very very low. Now I have to pay dearly. They give no good advice and they will steal from you. Do not use them unless they guarantee you no points. They totally lost my respect and myself as a customer. read more
