He came locally recommended and seemed experienced. Things went ok so long as I continued to give him large lumps sums of money he requested. However, his guys began increasingly to cause damage to the house and perform sloppy unsupervised work. He ducked responsibility by either just ignoring the issues or by blaming many damaged or lost items on us, the homeowners. As the project continued he refused to provide invoices from his subcontractors to substantiate his simple spreadsheet billing. Dean Russell refused to sit down and come to terms with all the issues. Instead he threatened us and had a family law (divorce) attorney issue a lien on the property. Damages caused by his crew plus unsubstantiated billing are now well into the six figures. We have had to get an attorney just to sort this mess out which is an unfortunate first for us. It's totally nuts. Examples of problems are too many to list here but include (also see photos): Under his watch the workers destroyed the essential glass pane of the fireplace but didn't tell us, even though we were living in the house and have a severely mentally handicapped child who routinely puts items in her mouth. I discovered the issue when I stepped in a big piece of glass that I had to pull out of my foot. The fireplace was not repairable, damage is in the five figures and he decided to ignore the issue. No repair for 11 months. He installed bathroom vent fans but didn't bother to connect to ducts, which meant we were venting warm moist air into the closed attic space for months. We have been told to look for mold there now. Outside motorized shade doesn't go down all the way, instead poor planning on part of contractor and subs results in shade hitting the outdoor kitchen faucet. Repair will involve tearing out whole shade and frame and stucco and redoing same. The installation of so many locks and door handles on both existing and also brand new doors was so sloppy that the doors didn't close properly and the locks didn't work as they should. In some cases his guys actually split the wooden doors, didn't say anything and then simply caulked and painted over the damage rather than repair it. We have dealt with multiple home and commercial renovations but never had issues like this. We are now stuck with litigation and dealing with getting guys to fix all the issues, which is very time consuming and expensive. What a mess.

Dissatisfied 80 Year Old Veteran The first of three…read morecontracts to fix a roof leak was 2-24-21. I spent $3,588.00 total. The first contract was to install new wood, shingles and reinstall a skylight. That work created an additional leak which was patched but didn't fix the original leak. The second contract was a new spark arrestor which didn't fix the leak. The third contract was chimney stucco repair and paint chimney but that didn't fix the leak. After the chimney repair I was told there was a small hole in the AC duct above where it's leaking. I paid an AC repairman $148.99 to tell me it had nothing to do with the leak. There were numerous return visits for water tests, roofing cement, etc. They were unreliable. There was a least a dozen missed appointments - no show, no text and no phone call. Text messages weren't answered. I was told to call when it was leaking so someone could identify the specific location of the leak but when I received a call back hours later I was told they can't "just" send someone out when I call contradicting what I was told to do. In the last text 11-3-25 I was told I had to replace the reinstalled skylight without another water test. I wasn't told in 2021 the skylight should be replaced when I signed the first contract. Replacing the skylight may be another guess like the chimney work, AC duct and spark arrestor. On 11-3-25 I asked for an estimate for a new skylight and installation then received text "OK" but never received an estimate. As of the date of this posting, 2-2-26, the roof is leaking in the same spot on the ceiling in 2021. I don't recommend Stonebridge for any roofing work, stucco painting or stucco repair. I felt disrespected for five years and don't recommend Stonebridge to senior citizens.

I wish that the situation had been different. In general, there have been numerous issues that are not part of the standard construction process. It is difficult to determine whether the HOA, A&E firm, or Stonebridge are the source of the problem, or if all three are involved. Regrettably, I received five unresponsive emails from StoneBridge, which is why the rating is low. Had I received feedback and the support that was promised, I would have rated it higher, as I am not entirely certain that all of the issues are solely due to Stonebridge.

We called for them to come out and investigate a leak in our 7 year old roof. They came out, they…read morefixed (I use this term loosely) and left. A few weeks later the problem wasn't fixed- still leaking. So we called again. They came out and fixed again; (which means replace a few shingles, use some caulk and glue down old shingles they didn't replace. Roof still leaked. We called several times with no response. Hired a new roofer to come out and investigate and what do you know we had a HUGE HOLE in the wood under the shingles in our roof under the old shingles that the didn't investigate or look at. Apparently the area of the leak is quite common with new construction and you would think that a business like All Around Roofing would know this after 30+ years in the business. Nope, they just let the hole remain there for someone else to clean up and do the job. When I called All Around Roofing about a refund I was told: absolutely not. I was told that they don't guarantee their work for this reason and didn't have to refund anything and that they did the best job they could at the time. When I told the owner that I would have been better off going up there myself and putting Elmer's glue on the roof myself he said perhaps I should have, then he hung up on me (so much for professionalism). They replaced shingles that didn't need to be replaced, left the undiscovered hole on my roof to continue to cause damage and called it a day. I basically threw away $500 dollars into the wind. Buyer beware---DIY with a hammer, nails and Elmer's glue is a better option than these guys! Go somewhere else, these guys aren't only unprofessional they also have zero integrity and won't give you a warranty or back up their product or work. There are much better roofers out there!! There is a picture that I added here so you could see for yourself the huge hole that All Around Roofing didn't find the first or second time they came out to fix the leak in our roof.
