I've been seeing Dr. Yang for a while now, and I can honestly say my teeth have never been in better shape. When I first started going to him, I needed quite a bit of dental work, but thanks to his skill and experience, I am now cavity-free and my teeth feel great. I thought this dentist was fairly decent as he did my dentures 5 years ago so I went back to him for a new set. I scheduled an appointment and he kept me waiting 45 minutes past the appointment time but because I could see that they were busy, I didn't say anything. (No apology for the 45 minute delay, I might add.) I went back the second time for the mold and had no problem. My third appointment (today) I went in and arrived early at 9am. My appointment was until 9:30 (his first appointment of the day) because I didnt want to get pushed back if he got busy again. At 9:45, after waiting 45 minutes, I asked what the delay was and I was informed he wasn't even in the building. So...I sat back down and continued to wait, thinking maybe he had a problem or something came up. (I had after all driven 20 miles as I live in the mountains so figured I should be patient.) He could have picked up the phone and let his office know he was running late or something! But to sit around not knowing if this guy was ever going to show up...you know? So he rolls in at 10am and I say to him, "I thought we had an appointment at 9:30?" and his reply was "I wait an hour for my Dr." I say to him "If you make an appointment and expect us to be here at a certain time, its unprofessional to keep people waiting", He replies again "I wait an hour to see my Dr." Then he says to me "There are other dentists you know" and I say, "You know what, you're right."...got up and let him know his attitude needed attention. He was acting like he was doing me a favor by being a half hour late to his first appointment! (Like I didn't have a ton of other things I needed to be doing myself.) The audacity. I said, "You know you could have apologized for being late", he says (and I quote) "If that will make you feel better". At this point I am completely dumbfounded at his lack of professionalism and courtesy. I couldn't believe the arrogance of this man. His time obviously is the only thing that matters to himself. If I had been 30 minutes late to my appointment what would he have done? Rescheduled my appointment, is what! Again, I was his first appointment of the day and their wasn't another patient in the building! Individuals like this seem to think that their time is more valuable then yours. I get that sometimes the offices run late and appointments can be pushed back but this was inexcusable since I was his first appointment but what really got me was his flagrant and callous attitude - the arrogance of this individual. He'll apologize "If that will make me feel better?" Who says that to their patients? Zero concern for anybody but himself. He didn't even think he had done anything wrong! If you can find a professional dentist with a little more respect and concern for others, I would highly suggest it. read more

I am the first to say I'm a huge coward about going to Dentist! I had childhood drama which makes me terrified of dentists. Dr Yang understood what had happened to me as a child and has been nothing but ,WONDERFUL ! Dr Yang has a wonderful staff and his bedside manner is top notch. He has always taken his time with me to make me feel very comfortable and give me breaks if I get nervous. His staff words can't describe how amazing they are. I called Dr. Yang's office and the receptionist was very rude and asking me about a billion questions regarding what type of insurance I have. I don't memorize my dental insurance information. Never had this happen to me at my prior dentists. I would only need to give my insurance and company name and my prior dentists could look me up. She then became very short with me. This is very upsetting. You just lost a potential customer. A family of 5!!! I hope the doctor knows that he's losing business because of one employee. read more

We choose dr. Yang years ago because he was the closest one to our address back then. We've moved since but will still drive back to San Bernardino to see him. I've recently switched my kids over to him after getting tired of their pediatric dentists prices. Dr. Yang has a very calm demeanor and my kids did very well. Had a really bad toothache for several days. Finally couldn't take it. Called the office and they were able to squeeze me in. Dr Yang took care of me and it didn't break my wallet considering that I don't have insurance and paid out of pocket. They always do what's needed and don't overcharge me. Hi, Just wanted you guys to know that if your looking to save a few dollars and want a good dentist go see Dr Yang. He is the friendliest dentist I have ever seen and took care of my wisdom teeth very well. I had been having toothaches in my mouth and I thought I just needed to brush teeth more often. I don't have dental insurance so I didn't want to spend next years tuition on my teeth. So like an idiot I was brushing teeth three and four times a day and it didn't get better, hee hee. My brother told me to go see David and Im just really glad I did. David got rid of the wisdom teeth and he gave me a good price that wont put me in the poor house. He was very nice and took great care of me. I will definitely let my friends and fellow starving students know where to go. Go see David and you wont regret the trip. read more

Had a real bad experience elsewhere so looked for a new dentist. Found Dr.Yang with his good reviews. They were true. He is so gentle. Made me a perfect crown at a great price and a root canal that (thankfully) another dentist had missed in the xrays. Now my husband and daughter in law go there too. I enjoyed all the staff too. No problems there but must admit the current plaza he is in is kinda scary. Luckily he's moving soon to a new location that I'm sure will be much better! read more

This office is hard to fine but the dentist was very honest and explained everything in plain English. I had a toothache and went to my former dentist. My dentist couldn't figure out what was wrong and told me it was normal. After being referred by a friend Dr. Yang took an X-ray and tap my tooth and immediately showed me that I had a cracked tooth and needed an extraction. He pulled the tooth he showed me the crack. I was impressed with his diagnosis. My pain is now gone after 6 month that my old dentist couldn't figure out. read more

It's about a 30min. to 1 hour before you are actually called back to a chair. The doctor sometimes tends to talk to much so I just close my eyes so he can get the hint. He sometimes seems like he rushes to get to the next patient. It's about $65 for just teeth cleaning. The area is shady so park as close to the door as you can!! read more
