I understand that training services aren't just that, but there's also a certain expectation of quality. I had a Brazilian that left a lot of hair behind and the waxer pinched me a number of times trying to get the wax strips off. As I was under a time constraint and had planned for a 15 minute service, I had to stop her after 30 minutes and leave without a complete wax. Unfortunately, my last two visits resulted in the same frustration with this individual and her immature, unprofessional, unpolished response. Very disappointed. I feel badly for the technicians who work with her. I would not recommend this location until a change is made.

The ladies answering the phone were kind, but I walked in for my consultation and it was not pleasant. A blonde woman sat behind the front desk just asking what I wanted. It felt like a waste of time coming over there when there are many other salons. Salons that would've showed interest by at least sitting me down, showing me colors and touching my hair. I came and got a two minute conversation and told how much it's gonna be. I felt like I was not a valued customer of there and for that, I will not be giving my business.
