I explained to he was using a non-sterile instrument cutting tool so he told something in Chinese or Asian to get a sterile tube. He took a bag that was already previously opened and a dirty bag you could see it at dirt on it like fingerprints and worn so they don't sterilize their instruments and I went to pay and leave. I didn't want him touching me and the person said I don't know I have no experience and I said well you should learn and they should teach you right and I asked the owner if I could pay now and just leave he said no you could leave no pay I said no I wanna pay for the time I was told no just leave. I feel this place needs an updated inspection immediately and their prices are too high for the dirt I was getting a massage with the hand cream on my arms, and I could feel the grit from the dust from the removing the old gel. I mentioned we had appointments at 1:00 (now 1:15) they took a rolling chair and placed it behind me and painted her nails and toes. I cancelled my pedicure in that moment, while my nails were getting done! I scheduled a manicure and pedicure for us, I wanted to make memories with my niece.... I would NOT recommend going here. Very disappointed in the experience, and to boot her nail polish came off later on that night. Polish came off that night on two of her fingers.

The placement of the highlights was perfect and it didn't look striped or unnatural. Just blended and very pretty whether I wore my hair curly or straightened it. I paid for my second visit a few months later. I got a cut/trim and had it re-toned with a bit more copper/light brown. My hair looked and felt great! The color from last time had grown/faded so nicely. The cut didn't take too much length but got rid of the split ends so my hair actually grew in a noticeable way. My mom is going to switch to this salon instead of her regular place because of how nice my hair has looked, the results of other customer's that she saw in the salon, and the atmosphere. I can't believe this place doesn't have a lot of reviews but they have only been open a year.
