I called this morning looking for a specific size and color dress for my daughter. I spoke with Shawdaye (store manager) who was very rude. Not helpful at all. I did inform her I do not live near by and would be traveling from far and do not want to waste my time or there if they didn't have what I was looking for. She kept repeating herself like she wasn't listening. So therefore I rather take my money and business elsewhere that can fit my needs instead of getting rude customer service. read more

If you actually want to enjoy your wedding experience I suggest you drive a little further or go to a smaller local business. Despite being one of very few bridal stores in the midlands they somehow manage to go above and beyond to do bad business. They are very nice and accommodating until they have your money, and then they act like they've never seen you in your life. By NO MEANS get your dress altered there. Personally, when I went for my fitting I felt like an inconvenience and despite already purchasing a petticoat from them (with a receipt) and them letting me use theirs while deciding on a dress, when I came to my fitting I was not allowed to use theirs. Alterations took months despite all that needed to be done was to add a belt and a bustle. Now, my friends purchase has been an absolute nightmare. They altered her dress so badly a new one had to be ordered as they would not give her a refund. The second one they ordered will come TWO days before her wedding and will need to be altered and they still want her to come in for fittings despite her being measured multiple times all while she's planning a wedding and working. I know what the dress cost and an apology and a refund would have been much easier and better for their business. read more

April was excellent! I think she could tell the young lady I first got was botching the appointment (sitting on the floor loudly complaining, being snippy and argumentative when I very politely rejected a dress with nude paneling around the tummy, and abruptly leaving for the desk after I rejected the dress). April brought me a beautiful beaded dress and stuck around to see the results. My advice is to go on a weekday and seek out the older women to help! read more

I'm having a very private, small wedding. I didn't want to spend a lot on the dress because I think it is a waste of money, but I also do want the dress experience as the only traditional part of my small, informal wedding. I felt shamed that I don't have a wedding party, wedding colors, reception details, etc. Not every bride that comes into your store is a sparkly-eyed girl who has dreamt of a her wedding since she was a girl. For this girl, the wedding is about me and my groom. Period. I want to look fabulous and feel pretty. I don't care about any other detail. Please, don't box your brides into your standards. But, most importantly...I was hustled by David's Bridal! I told the girl at my appointment that I did not want to spend more than $500 on the dress. I was trying to choose between two dresses. I ended up choosing the one that I didn't like as much because I was told that the alterations for it would not be as expensive. I went for my alterations yesterday, and when we had the dress fit to me, the alterations (very basic) totaled $400. I am well over my $500 limit because of the alterations. I would never have bought this dress if I had known up-front that alterations would cost $400. It should have been explained up-front to me how much alterations would cost before I made the decision to buy it. The dress, as purchased off the rack, was definietly ill-fitting and not presentable for my wedding. It had to be altered. Since all sales are final (which I was not told until AFTER I purchased the dress), unless I wanted to walk down the aisle in a poorly-fitting dress or donate the dress to charity and buy another one, I was forced to go through with the alterations and spend the money. I'm in a dress that I do not love nearly as much as the other one that I turned down (which I now realize I could have likely just left the preferred dress as is), and I am well over my budget! I am very displeased with the entire experience. This should have been a postive experience, but instead it is was sad and upsetting. I am will not recommend David's Bridal to anyone. read more

I don't have a problem with David's Bridal but one of your co workers. Her name is Navell or Navir something like that from one of her co workers Vanessa (who later on helped me) when she was trying to figure who the mystery co worker was. First off, her attitude stinks from the time I walk in the store. The only reason why I had no choice but to buy the dress it's because I'm part of a bridal party and the bride went with David. Anyhow, this lady made a comment I guess to a customer that she's broke and hungry. The customer went and bought her food while she's trying to help me with her nonchalant self. She didn't know where the enchanted line was and when we found the dresses, she was making comments about the dresses. Like lady do you work here? Lol The gag is when she took the dresses for me to try on and said put them on and I'll be right here to help you. Rumor has it she is still trying to find her way from the enchanted forest. This lady was nowhere to be found. I had to ask a couple of her co workers to help because she went missing. That was the worst customer service I have encountered at David's Bridal and I have to go back there to pick up my dress. Boohoo! Do better Navir or Navell whatever your name is. I had a terrible experience at this location of David's (Columbia, SC), after previously having an awesome experience at the Burlington, VT location. I made an appointment to come in with my mother so she could see the dresses I tried on previously in VT, and to try on some new and different styles. First impressions-- I was called and asked for a verbal confirmation of my appointment, after confirming via text message. That is fine. I was left on hold for 20 minutes when I called back to confirm, and then told "thanks for holding," with no apology for a long wait. Communication was very poor from the beginning of the appointment-- I was repeatedly asked "what happened" at my previous appointment, without any further description of what information she wanted. I came in with the style numbers of about 5 dresses I would like to try on and the style numbers of the three favorites I wanted to re-try. Both associates assisting us disappeared for some time. One insisted I would only have time to try 5 dresses, and rushed me to the dressing room, without having the opportunity to browse at all, while she looked for gowns, without asking for the style numbers I had offered or much info about what I wanted and didn't want. It was made clear to me that they had very little time to spend with me and I needed to move quickly. Much later, she returned saying that we had nothing in my size (14) to try on. I asked again, specifically if I could try on larger sizes just to see, and she said no, there were no options to try on. As we are getting ready to leave, she suggests checking some other section. My mom and I end up finding a bunch to try on, in sizes that were a bit too large and too small-- no problem! I was specific about what I liked and didn't, and had my list of style numbers that I was interested in, but the associate kept saying "I can't read you" and "I'm having a hard time telling what you like," despite me giving clear and specific feedback about each dress. Ultimately, she spent so much time selecting dresses that weren't at all what I had described wanting (rather than finding dresses similar to the ones I wanted that weren't available in my size), and there seemed to be no rush at all. The real kicker is that the final dress she brought me was one of the three I was adamant about wanting to try in the very beginning, in a size 16. Also, the dressing room experience was poor. I opted to not wear a strapless bra, as I don't want to wear one at my wedding. She would leave the room with a dress, leaving the door half open (!) and take her time slowly putting each dress back and getting a new one, then swinging the door wide open to return, all while I was standing there topless. She gave me very few directions (such as "put your hands through the sleeves here," "I'm going to lace up the back") and it was all awkward and uncomfortable. To top it all off, I was pressured to buy something that day, after being clearly not excited about any of the dresses and repeating many times that I would want to try on my favorites again when my size is available before making a final decision. I felt like the entire focus was on what was convenient for them, rather than any attention being paid to my experience or desires. Please, ask a customer what they want, what their expectations are, what their preferences are, etc. If you don't have time to help a customer, don't allow them to make an appointment at that time. Don't pressure people into buying that day. It's a big, emotional purchase and rushing isn't a classy move. If a client has dresses in their file that they've liked before, pull those dresses and have them waiting in the waiting room. Use efficiency in the dressing room and don't leave the door open when someone is half-naked. Clearly communicate. It's okay that you have limited sizes available, but let me know what the options are before saying "there's nothing in your size range" when that's blatantly not true. Update 08/09/2016 So here is my update in the latest episode of " The Adventures of David's Bridal" . I received a call from the store manager, apologizing for the poor service I received and I was somewhat relieved because I actually believed the nightmare would be over. My hope was to finally order my dress and everything would be great ! Needless to say I haven't awaken from the Nightmare that is " David's Bridal". My bridesmaid's dress was mysteriously delivered to the wrong address and I was informed that I had to wait for them to locate the package , retrieve the package , issue me a refund , and I would have to re-order my dress ! Imagine my horror ! This has been the worst experience from start to finish. I wouldn't use David's Bridal again if my life depended on it . I'm so disgusted with the whole process. And I still have no dress.... Awesome . One positive thing , the music is great while I hold for 30 minutes waiting on a supervisor ... Ugh read more

Today I had Brooke work with me. I went by myself today to find a wedding dress. I expressed what styles I wanted. A couple dresses later she picked on that she personally wanted to see look on me and it had sleeves. 1. It for like a glove perfectly! 2. It was perfect! She has a keen eye for finding something that flattered my figure and was around the styles I wanted. She is a sweet heart and a huge asset to your store. Horrible service AGAIN. After finding out about my engagement, I went a couple of months later like March 2011 I decided to try on dresses. Well I set up my appt and arrived wayyyy ahead of time and of course had to wait in the entry way. They should set up a waiting area instead of having customers standing around awaiting a representative. My rep was really nice but had no vision. Wouldn't take into account what type of dress I wanted. Anyways by the end of the session she had me in some gaudy dress and was forcing me to purchase by telling me the line would be discontinued soon and that it was only on sale for a limited time. So I left. Well I went back today since it's the only bridal store in the area with a wide selection. Tried to be optimistic...for what. The desk receptionist was frazzled (admitted it twice). No one else greeted me while walking around waiting for my rep. When I was introduced to the representative she seemed nice until she bumped into one of her prior clients and decided that it was much more important to help them find a lost flower girl dress instead of helping me and all i wanted was a torsolette bra. Finally she remembered me and placed me in a dressing room with no mirror. Then mid trying on the dress the door flew open (no prior knock), another representative was about to enter with a client. When she realized it was an occupied room she just shut the door (no "sorry for interrupting you"). NO apology given. Well after waiting for 10 mins in the room, I realized the rep wasn't coming back as promised. So I politely left the bra on a table and walked out the store. While exiting I saw she was dealing with new clients. Terrible service twice. I definitely do no recommend going there but it's the only place with a variety of options. Ive been to this location 3 times. Once for my friends wedding, once for my bridal experience, and once to have my junior bridesmaid find a style and size for her dress. The times I purchased (1 time) I was handled with respect. I was greeted and had assistance. The other 2 times I had to wait up to an hour to be assisted. This was the LAST straw with this location. It was not helped with fittings. I asked if someone could measure my junior bridesmaid and one lady did but the other lady present continued to go back and forth with me as to why I shouldn't get her measured and how since she's 11 she's going to keep growing so don't measure her. my junior bridesmaid has been the same size for 3 years so for her to keep telling me not to measure her and come back next year before my wedding really made me even more angrier. It seems that when I came in with the intent to buy the same day i was treated great but this location needs to stop profiling and treating people who may not purchase right away like crap. Two friends of mine also got married and bought their dresses elsewhere just because of this location as well. I was set on buying my wedding gown from David's for my wedding next year but I will never go back to this location. 3 times of bad customer service on top of an unprofessional store is too much to invest thousands of dollars into. If you want to have a horrible first bridal experience whether you're a bridesmaid or a bride go here to have it ruined. read more

Not going to lie-I read these reviews and was nervous to start my morning of wedding dress shopping off here but had a wonderful experience here Saturday morning and found my dress with the help of my mom, sister & MOH. Our Consultant, Fran, was wonderful and worked with me on the tedious task of finding the perfect dress. The manager, Sharon, was also an active part of our experience and again-wonderful. They really made me feel special and ringing the bell and having everyone celebrate for you is such a cool experience. They took their time with us and we even left with bridesmaid dresses chosen and two bought. Would highly recommend! read more

shane the manager was rude and extremely unprofessional while speaking to me on the phone. i came in and he wouldn't even make eye contact after he was extremely rude and hung up on me on the phone when i was trying to request a refund for a dress i had ordered. shane never apologized to me for his unprofessionalism and it was a very overall bad and awkward experience. the rest of the staff was amazing and kind but shane however unfortunately was very unpleasant. read more

Update 6/30 (FINAL UPDATE!): Thank heaven for Lena always managing to be able to do damage control. If she can train her employees to be as knowledgeable and personable as she is I firmly believe that she can turn this store around to a positive experience for all walking through the door. UPDATE 5/10/16 - Why am I not surprised I am now back to rating David's Bridal as a 1-star?! All of a sudden I have started receiving spam e-mails and calls from all of these vendors saying that they received my information from David's Bridal... I DID NOT CONSENT! When you go to David's Bridal they ask for you to fill out an information sheet and at the bottom it asks if you give consent- I definitely said NO because I've heard of the horror stories with receiving calls and e-mails from all of these vendors. Will be in touch with corporate because this is absolutely ridiculous! 4/22/16 - I started out rating David's Bridal as 1-star from my experience (First time stepping in the store) with an associate named Nina and an Assistant Manager (Second time stepping in the store) who I can't remember her name. The second time I stepped into DB it was to cancel my order for my wedding dress. The assistant manager insisted I come back at a later date... that was the only help she was. Two weeks later (Third time stepping into the store) I went in with ALL intentions of cancelling my order (for the second time) but I ended up being helped by a consultant named Julie and she was PHENOMENAL! I shared my past experience with her and she put me in touch with Lena who also went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied. Julie took her time with me as I tried on different dresses, told me exactly what undergarments I would need, and at the end of the day I ended up finding a dress I truly felt like a Bride in! She was patient the entire time and made a stressful time a good time. Actually, all of the associates helping out on that side of the store that day were so awesome... I wish I had gotten all of their names as well! If I had dealt with Julie and Lena from the beginning I definitely would have rated my experience a 5. read more

I 100% would request to not go to this David's bridal. The greeter and staff was rude and unfriendly. I came into their store to buy color swatches on my first visit and to see if they had a certain wedding dress available. After being insulted about my size, they told me there would be no way I could try the dress on. They were not helpful at all and I left insulted and uncomfortable. On my next visit, after already spending a good amount of money with David's bridal on a wedding gown And bridesmaids dress, I came back for 2 more bridesmaids dresses and shoes. The greeter did not smile or make eye contact with me. I asked her if I could show my two bridesmaids my wedding gown because they hadn't gotten to see it yet. She flat out ignored me. I politely waited a minute an then asked her if she would need my name. She sighed rolled her eyes and said yes. I have her my name and she continued doing other things. A family came in behind me and she was incredibly nice and polite to them. They did not have an appointment but that wasn't a problem, she immediately got someone to help them and show them to a room. After 5 minutes I asked her if she was having luck or if it wasn't available to see, she rudely replied "I have to look it up first." It took 10 minutes to just find my dress and show it to a gentlemen employee to show us. The gentleman whispered with the greeter after eyeing me up from head to two and rolling his eyes and then showed me my dress and disappeared. I stayed as calm as I could. I do need to say I am 28 and a very responsible put together business woman and my bridesmaids are the same and one is a married, mother of two. We all were dressed very well But that should not matter. We decided to go and just looked at bridesmaids dresses. We stayed out of the way and tried not to bother anyone. We did find a dress we liked and my girls wanted to try it on. We went back to the greeter and she proceeded to tell me that we could not have a fitting room because we didn't have an appointment. At this point I had watched two other families without appointments go to fitting rooms. She told me I would have wait till 12, my girls were getting very annoyed, I said it's okay I want to look at shoes anyway. So we patiently looked at shoes and talked and waited out of the way of everyone. At 12 we went back up to the greeter, who was just gossiping and chitchating with another employee, I asked if there was any luck. And she said it is only 12 now i don't know yet. Finally we said we just want to try a dress on and I have money I want to spend now and I have seen other people with out appointments getting treated much better and taken to rooms. The gentleman from earlier finally showed us to a room and we got to pick out our dresses. When we reached the register the woman there was much nicer. She even got the manager for us with out us asking for her to because she could tell how upset I was. The manager apologized and said she would take care of it and make sure it would never happen again. My special ordered shoes arrived an I went to pick them up. No one Greeted me or smiled. Finally my special ordered bridesmaids dress arrived and I received an email saying it arrived. I had paid 15$ shipping to have it sent to my bridesmaids house. In the email it said not to worry about pick up if you paid for shipping and that it would be sent immediately. Two weeks later I got a reminder email so I was a little worried. I called over to the store and the unfriendly voice immediately put me on hold for a few minutes. After then looking up my order and seeing I paid for shipping she just said "we will take care of it. Have a good day" no apology or anything. I work in management in retail, based 100% on sales and customer satisfaction. I have never seen a store with more miserable employees, who treated their customers so horribly. I don't even know what to to about my alterations because I have heard horror stories about that as well. read more

I was in need of a mother-of-the-bride dress and not ever having had to do that before, thought I would visit David's Bridal for advice and, hopefully, "the dress". I made the mistake of visiting on a Saturday not realizing you had to have an appointment, even to browse. The place was packed like sardines and the family members of multiple brides-to-be took up the majority of floor space. I made an appointment for a weekday thinking it would be better. That day came and I when I announced my arrival at the reception stand, Fran was assigned to help me. As we walked further into the store, I told her what I was there for and mentioned that I didn't know where to start or what was appropriate or how it worked - did I just pick one off the rack or order stuff by swatch, etc...?). I told her what colors I prefer and that I wanted it to be floor length hoping she'd point me in the right direction. With that, she went to a random rack and pulled out a bedazzled purple dress that looked like something Tammy Faye would've refused (this reference will only be understood by the over 50 crowd). Fran gave me the impression that she really wasn't enthused about this get-together so I told her I'd just pick out several dresses I liked and we'd go from there, having surmised that that was acceptable. She walked away. After several minutes and 7 dresses, I started walking toward the dressing rooms when Fran saw me. She grabbed the dresses, escorted me to a row of small dressing rooms and left. The dresses took up 1/2 the dressing room I was in, making the process of getting into the dresses somewhat difficult. I opened the door to get help with the zipper and to actually see the dress on because, shockingly, there are no mirrors in the dressing rooms only to find no Fran. I stood there among strangers with a half-zipped dress wondering what the protocol was. After a few minutes, another customer offered to help me in and out of the dress, which is how it went for the next 6 I tried on. I enlisted the help of 2 other employees to answer my questions about jewelry that was for sale, undergarments and tailoring. After that and finding what I wanted, I hunted Fran down and told her I'd made a decision. She took my dress and other items, walked to the front counter and announced that the purchase was mine. So I left with the following questions: 1. Why do you need an appointment if you end up shopping on your own, getting helped by other customers and hanging up what you didn't want yourself? 2. Why on earth are there no mirrors in the dressing rooms??! I realize the point is for you to walk out and let the sales staff help you decide but...read # 1 again. Summary: Good variety of formal wear. Don't THINK about going on a weekend. Make an appointment then shop on your own. read more

I'd give it a negative. It's overpriced. They're pushy for you to buy something when you go in. I bought my dress online to not have to deal with the hassle of someone pushing me to buy something. I need it to be altered-hem is made for 6' tall women and it's $200 for only the hem. Dress is xyz expensive. Alterations are $400. Veils are $400. I bought shoes online for my normal size. They came and they were a size too big. Go to the store and they will not return or exchange it in the store. You must return yourself through UPS rather than the store which is at least $8. They don't care if they mess up and they do nothing to help. Also, they fake nice to you when you're there. When I went to get my dress altered they were very excited and nice. I wanted to wait a week or so before doing it immediately and they totally flipped where I was a second class customer (not including information where they threw the box all over the place presuming that I'd want to buy a new one) Additionally, a girl was helping me and her hand was shaking she was so nervous. I thought that was weird and it was also weird how she kept on leaving to do things upfront. I discovered that the other girls were being mean to her. Middle school anyone? If you want a commercial wedding where you're a goddess and spend $5000 on a dress you'll wear one day with a bunch of cats saying you look good in anything (even if you don't)-then go ahead. But if you actually want to look good in your wedding dress and not blow the bank or deal with cats who are useless in actually helping when you have an issue-avoid. read more

The worst shopping experience I'ved ever had. Appointment at 3:30 Sunday August 21st for MOB dress. No associate available to assist me. When I did get someone she had absolutely no knowledge of dresses. She did put me in a dressing with the dresses I selected. From that point on, she peaked her head in the dressing room twice. My bridesmaids and myself were VERY pleased with the services from the young lady by the name of Adrian who assisted during BOTH of our appointments!! She was very prompt, pleasant and aware of all of our needs and by having great services, such as this, myself and my wedding party were ALL able to decide/choose our dresses!!!! Horrible customer service. I had an appointment, went in telling her exactly what bridesmaids styles we needed. She vaguely pointed in the direction and told us to find her when we needed a dressing room. Well we did all the work ourselves, couldn't even find her to open the rooms. Once we pick a couple she finally tells us that we are looking at dresses that are being discontinued and they don't have the new styles in. So, basically, a massive waste of time. The point of this was they are national and the girls throughout the east coast could go to their local Davids and try on/get dress. So I saw a bunch of dresses we couldn't pick to buy next time and heard tales of what they'd get later and we can come back (um, no, we were there in Dec, didn't want a second trip in Jan to pick the styles). And the salesgirl spent most of her time gabbing with the other salesgirls and then telling us about HER wedding and how she had picked out her dresses within three days of getting engaged. Oh, and that we better order then soon because Jan is so busy (which is what we were TRYING to do). Now I understand why everyone told me not to bother with this store. read more

I have to write a review because my experience was absolutely incredible today. Stacy was my consultant and I have to say, she was such a blessing. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I was nervous and not sure where to begin. She was so understanding and patient with me as we tried on all sorts of different shapes until we found one that I loved. After we found my shape, she picked the absolute perfect gown I had been looking for! Even after trying on a few more to double check, she had me get back into the dress we loved...grabbed a veil, hair piece, whole nine yards and the magic just happened!!! She included my mother in everything, who had flown across the country to help me, and made sure we had photos together. She urged us to be comfortable and excited, made us feel so at home, and was absolutely incredible. I definitely am blessed I came in today and met her! She made the experience! If I could give this place zero stars I would! First of all the greeter was beyond rude! When your only job is to be cheerful and helpful and you can't to that, then that is a bad sign for this business. We had a 2pm appointment and didn't get seen until 3pm. And when we final did see a consultant she acted as if she would rather be somewhere else the entire time being snippy and rude. When I told her I only wanted to try on Vera Wang she let me try on ONE but down right REFUSED to let me try on anymore! And when finally my sister had enough and went to pull a Vera I wanted to try on the manager snatched the dress from her hand and put it back on the rack and the consultant would not let me try it on stating "I don't want you to fall in love with something you can't fit"! Although that is not the nicest thing to say it does make sense if my wedding was tomorrow instead of 2012 and Vera Wang wasn't coming out with larger sizes in July of THIS year. All in all I have been to several bridal salons since getting engaged and this one was BY FAR the worst experience I had even had. I will never go back to this David's Bridal and I will be sure to tell my friends the same. Unfortunately for Vera she has some really awful people representing her new brand. read more

Huge piece of advice: Do not go on a weekend!! I had an appointment on a Saturday and it was awful. It was so crowded I could barely move. I'm glad we didn't have to wait long. Before I got there, I had gone to their website and saved some of my favorite dresses. I saved at least 10 and the store only had 2 of those. When I got a dressing room, the associate took forever trying to find the right fitting undergarments for me. I really couldn't care less about that and wanted to hurry up and try on dresses. Remember, you only get an hour and a half for your appointment. Fortunately, the second dress I tried on was the one I bought. It really went downhill when I went to pick out bridesmaid dresses. I wanted something that everyone could afford and was also pretty. I found a beautiful dress that was super affordable in the beautiful color wisteria. The associate really pressured my bridesmaids to purchase the dress that very day. She really stressed that it would probably take a long time for their dresses to come in and should go ahead and pay in full to make sure they arrived in time for my wedding. This was February. My wedding was in July. None of my bridesmaids were able to pay in full that day and partial payments are not accepted. The associate turned to me and said "If they're going to be in your wedding they need to be able to afford it! " Rude!! I was ready to walk out. My bridesmaids ordered their dresses and it barely took 2 weeks for them to be shipped. My wedding dress didn't take long. When I picked it up I asked if I could try it on. She said no because there was no one available to help me. I knew I wanted to get the bridesmaid dresses from David's because it was convenient for everyone since 2 lived out of state. They do have good prices and beautiful dresses. Just watch out. I was convinced to buy a $50 bra to wear with my dress. I got it altered somewhere else and come to find out I couldn't even wear the bra with it. It stuck out. David's does not do returns so I was out money. Another thing I didn't like was that my dress came in a plastic bag. I would recommend David's Bridal because of the prices and convenience . read more

I went to pick up my wedding dress before getting it altered and brought my sister so I could try it on for her. I ordered the same size as the one I tried on in the store that fit like an absolute glove. I go to put my new ordered dress on and it was too tight! I started to panic and thought about why this could be because I ordered the dress less than a month ago and got the same size so my weight hadn't fluctuated to the point the same size within a month wouldn't fit. I threw out the idea that maybe because the dress I had tried on was so popular and so many ladies had tried it on that it got stretched out over time and that's why it fit. I explained this to the manager and the lady who helped me put it on and was met with extreme attitude and scoffing at this idea and saying I must have gained weight. I ordered another size and will have to wait another month for it to come in. Not sure what's up with the attitude problem at this store but it dampens this experience for me. read more

Went here looking for a bridesmaid dress. Customer service was HORRIBLE!! Darin was our sales associate. They didn't offer any help or suggestions. I was told several times that they didn't have anything like what I was describing just to find it myself hanging on the rack because he was nowhere to be found. At the end he and another sales associate wouldn't even look at us when we were asking questions about how to order dresses and gave us one word answers. read more
