After a disappointing visit at another store, my best friend leaned over and whispered "David's Bridal". I could not have been more thrilled with the entire experience. I walked in dejected and walked out elated. As an older bride, I was very self-conscious of what to wear. Caroline and Allyson could not have been more kind. Every dress they pulled was exactly what I would have picked had I seen it first. They were so patient as I tried quite a few times to reach my family on FaceTime. Both Caroline and Allyson were so patient. Excellent customer service can make or break the deal. I have never experienced such professional, kind, and accommodating staff. Went in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted until Taylor pulled a wild card from the racks that absolutely wowed me. My stylist listened to my comments/concerns about the dresses I tried on and pulled a dress that I never would have picked for myself, but it's going to be perfect for my summer wedding! This David's Bridal location is smaller than most, so it can get crowded. If you can make it in on a weekday, you might feel like you've got more elbow room. read more

This store has horrible customer service from the managers. They don't listen to what you want when they pull dresses. They would rather offer you to buy a complete different dress rather than altering it. They told a bridesmaid that her dress COULD NOT be fixed so she took it to Staar Tailors and they're having the dress fixed in 2 days what David's bridal said they couldn't fix. Then when the bride calls to talk to them they place blame and are extremely rude. I would never recommend them to friends or family. Go somewhere that knows what they're doing and care about what the customer wants. read more

After being in several other stores today trying to find a dress, I was shocked to be in and out within about 45 minutes and did not feel the slightest bit rushed! She listened to what I wanted, and delivered the results efficiently and with a smile! I would highly recommend this location! I walked in spur of the moment without an appointment and was tended to like a princess! I was not pushed to extend my budget or buy anything excessive. This shop has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had to special order shoes which means that Prepaid for them. They came in on Monday they called me Tuesday am and said they had to be picked up by Saturday or that my purchase which was already paid for would be returned to the vendor. i hate to leave a nasty review but i truly despise this place. buying my wedding dress was "okay". it was only my mom and myself, and one girl helping us. not that i wanted a huge deal made out of me buying a wedding dress or anything, but i literally tried on a few dresses and the sales girl "checked in" a few times and helped me zip up the dresses and that was it. when i picked out my dress, it was literally like i was picking out a freaking t-shirt. like i'm about to drop hundreds of dollars for the dress i'm going to get married in..the girl could have had a little more enthusiasm. we get to the front and find out the dress had to be paid for in full right then. which was very irritating but whatever...so this is where it gets frustrating...after i pay for my dress in full, another sales person asked me if i had picked out bridesmaid dresses. i said no, not yet. so she shows me colors and certain dress styles. she PUSHED AND PUSHED this brand new color called Dusty sage. it was so new that they hadn't even gotten in stores yet, they only had swatches. i loved the color so i picked dusty sage and quartz for my bridesmaid dresses. a couple weeks go by and 2 of my 5 bridesmaids go purchase their dresses. one of my bridesmaids told me how rude the staff was when she bought it. not surprised by that. a couple more weeks go by, and two more of my bridesmaids go to buy their dresses, only to find out that THE COLOR I PICKED OUT WAS NO LONGER AVAILABLE! really??????? i was so pissed and still am. so now i have 5 DIFFERENT bridesmaids dress colors which was NOT what i wanted. next, my wedding dress came in. when it arrived in store, i was out of town and could not pick it up for a couple days. they called me multiple times and rudely reminded me that they had it and i needed to come get it ASAP. PRETTY SURE I DIDNT FORGET ABOUT MY WEDDING DRESS. they could have been more understanding that i was not in town. AND when i ordered it, the girl (mrs. personality) told me i needed a 6 so i'm pretty sure that's what was ordered. the dress comes in and it's literally hanging on me like a bag. so it had to be altered down to a TWO. which left me paying the same amount for alternations that i paid for the damn dress!!! another thing, the day of the alteration fitting, i got to the front to check out and the girl tried to charge me for "adding straps" ummm...the dress has sleeves i didn't add any straps?? "well that's what this paper says" i hate this place! buying a wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses is supposed to be happy, fun and exciting! this experience has been HELL with this place! i'm so happy for other people who do have good experiences here because mine has absolutely sucked. i won't recommend this store to anyone i know and the only reason i'm coming back here one more time is to pick up my dress when it's done being altered! read more

went to the store with a friend to pick up her dress. we arrived on time and waited in the lobby, but got a call from the seamstress asking to reschedule bcuz we had missed our appt. that cleared up, they discussed some alterations and she kept hitting my friend with, "try this vail", "how about some jewelry for your hair", can you pay for these alterations up front?" once my friend said that she wouldn't be spending anymore money just yet since we still have 6-months + left until the wedding, she left and if was difficult to get her attention again. another thing: what's with charging for the dress bag? I got my dress at David's and know many who have and it's great, but outside of finding the dress it's just a bunch of dollar figures being thrown out and that personal touch gets lost in the process and you sort of leave feeling like just a number. read more

Since I was a young girl, I have dreamed of my wedding and I knew I wanted everything to come from David's Bridal. Soon after my engagement, I went into the store to pick out my wedding dress and then returned months later to buy the dress. It was the best experience I have ever had. My consultant is fabulous!! Hello, today I went into David's bridal under the impression that I did NOT haft to have a appointment (says on the website walk-ins ARE welcome!) So I go in and was told I could not try on a dress due to me not having appointment so I decided to look around.. so I found a dress I really wanted to try on.. we take the dress off the rack and was looking at it and was told due to the weight of the fabric it needed to go back on the rack and they took it out of my mom in laws hand the proceed to ask what could they do for us and we explained I wanted to try on the dress and the lady went to let me try it on and the lady at the counter stopped her telling her I didn't have an appointment. So I was not able to try on a dress. I WILL NOT EVER shop at David's Bridal due to the way we where treated. We also called and asked to speak to the store manager and was told we was not able to speak to them. Although in a way thanks for treating me so poorly because I went to The Castle and bought my dress there today because they cared! At the castle I had 6 lovely ladies help me find my dress!!!!!!
