In the midst of all the damage from the latest ice storm and black out, I had a very large tree branch sitting on my roof that was still dangling from the mature oak. And on top of it all, a new snow storm was coming! I called Brian in a bit of a panic, and he was able to pull a crew together and get the work done before the next storm hit. Amazing! His communication throughout the process was great. To speed things up he was able to provide an estimate from the photos I sent. He showed up when he said he would, and within a couple of hours all the debris surrounding my house was gone. As a bonus, I even got a few new logs for the firepit out of the deal! One of the things I particularly enjoyed was that while Brian can bring in a crane if needed, this job was a rope, climb, and saw operation. Two guys and a wood chipper got it all done. Brian's a busy guy. He's booked up for the next month, but he also spent some time to discuss the health of my large trees, and his thoughts on what should be done to get them shored up. My hope is to get him back in the spring. I am super grateful for the fast turn around time and for getting my house ready to face the next storm that's on its way.

One strong wind and the part hanging over my property would crash down on a fence, a shed, and probably clip the corner of my house. No time to waste. Although it rubs right against a powerline, the power company looked at it and said it wasn't going to hurt the lines (B*S*), so we were on our own with it (1 star for DTE). Every tree service in town was telling us two weeks at least before they could even come by for a look. Brian messaged me back the same day I asked for estimates over Yelp, and was able to come by the next afternoon. He and his team made short work of the half on my side of the line. I will be sleeping easier tonight.

My grandmother & my husband called multiple times over the span of 2 days and they won't answer the phone & hasn't returned any of our calls... Clearly they know they messed up but refused to be held accountable for their actions. Now we have had to wait for 2 days until the internet guy can come out to fix whatever he did! Oh and we're probably going to have to pay them $100 to fix it! I work from home and had to go up to the mall for wifi to get my work turned in on time!

Then I called him for emergency service, after the Big Storm, which he promptly came to do (of course, at a premium cost). He cut a drooping, broken tree limb above my driveway. Although he did cut a couple big branches down, he charged me for removal as well, but claimed he'd be back to do the removal the following week. He gave me a few, credible, excuses about delays (man shortage, weather etc)! Until he stopped taking my numerous calls and never calling back, for months now! Now I'm out the money AND now have neighbors complaining because he left the limbs and debris in their lot! I admit, his cutting job was immaculate, thus the 2 stars, however, I can't recommend him because of his lack of follow up, and shady business tactics!

Weeks later, I contacted the company asking when the service would be performed because I had received no completion notice, no door hanger, and saw no evidence that the work had been done. I was then told the service had actually been completed a month earlier and my card was charged. When I raised concerns, the company relied on GPS records showing a truck at my property but could not provide photos from my property, despite telling me that photos are normally taken. What disappointed me most was the way the issue was handled. At no point did anyone offer to come to the property, walk the lawn with me, inspect the results, or independently verify my concerns. Instead, I was left with a charged credit card and no confidence that I received the service I paid for. Most importantly, there was never any visible evidence that the aeration and overseeding had occurred, and there still isn't. More than a month later, the lawn shows no meaningful signs of new grass growth, improvement, or change. Whether the work was not performed or was performed so poorly that it produced no observable result, the outcome was the same from my perspective: I paid for a service and saw no evidence that it benefited my lawn. The office staff was polite throughout the process, but based on my experience, I would not use this company again.

I had a hip replacement in 2025 and was struggling trying to clear her driveway of snow and ice that had built up and the snowplow had buried the front of the driveway.
