Rather than having it resolved at the table, we were forced to leave our seats and walk up to the front counter ourselves just to get the ticket straightened out. That alone speaks volumes about the level of service (or lack thereof) being provided. Between the endless wait, the billing errors, and having to sort out someone else's mistake on our own time, this was a thoroughly unpleasant outing.
