Jasen and his crew did an outstanding job. The communication with Jasen was outstanding. I didn't think anyone could be pickier than me about the work being done but Jasen treated our house as though it was his own. The crew was professional and the customer service was outstanding. Jasen came to the job site everyday to inspect the work being done. I highly recommend this company for either a roof or siding. They will take very good care of you.

The crew finished the job in less than a day and did a very thorough clean-up when they were done. There wasn't a speck of moss left on the roof. The fact that the moss treatment solution they use is non-toxic is a plus; it smells like a witch's brew, but that wears off in a few hours. When I checked my roof this spring, still no moss, so no treatment this year, but I will definitely be using their service next year. Excellent service, excellent quality, reasonable price.

Also, please note that they use a completely non-toxic solution unlike several other places I called. I have copper gutters and all conventional moss killers make "pinholes" in copper. The crew was delightful, respectful and they cleaned up very thoroughly. They have to pressure wash the entire roof as I have some kind of concrete tile roofing system. I met with them after being discharged from the nursing home from hell and I have no recollection of signing the contract with them at all. Maybe this is related to the trauma of having surgery and having no support from my family but I owe them a big apology due to my lack of memory. I did sign a contract which I don't remember and I'm very pleased that I received a call from them today. Moral of my story is that surgery is a traumatic event followed by neglect in a nursing facility. I had underestimated my mental state when I should have known better. They did a horrible job on my gutters, they did not cut them or seal them properly so i had to have a new company come out less than a month later. I honestly think its probably in everyone's best interest to do a background check on the owner of this business. He's got a pretty lengthy record and if you have kids at home it's probably not the best choice. I did not do this prior to hiring them and regret it.

While the end result looks fine, the process was a long, drawn-out nightmare spanning three painful MONTHS. The project went on so long I even had a homeless camper sleeping on my porch, thinking the house was abandoned (though I was actually living there the whole time). I'd come home to find the workers wandering around smoking cigarettes and talking on their cell phones, complaining about how hard the work was. (As my neighbor pointed out, they never had to lift more than ten pounds max.) Someone had scrawled "Megan" in giant letters with permanent marker on the side of the house, and after weeks of coming home to this I inquired; apparently it was a hairdresser recommendation. Things were broken: the irrigation system, the fence, even the brand new sidewalk (chipped in two places by a drill), and the repairs ended up looking worse than the original damage. By the time they were wrapping up, they'd forgotten which cables to cut, and instead of asking, they just nailed them all back up on the brand new siding. One guy they brought in for a day stuffed his cigarette butts in the wall, so my bedroom smelled like an ashtray for ages. Bleck! That was seriously disgusting. Four years later, there is still an occasional toxic smell from whatever noxious adhesive that guy used. Jasen and Gary were knowledgeable, polite and professional, but they over-promised and under-delivered. In the end, their profuse apologies and even the small discount they agreed to didn't make up for the inconvenience of having a porta-potty, dumpster and loads of supplies/equipment on my small property for all that time, not to mention missed work days and Airbnb opportunities. They obviously have many a satisfied customer; I just wouldn't take that as a guarantee that you will have as positive an experience. I certainly would not consider using them again.

Luckily it turned out that the cause of my leak wasn't a leaking roof but actually caused by a build up of leaves and tree debris causing water to be backlogged and forced up under my shingles. They informed me of this and saved me from having to do anything besides jumping on my roof and clearing it all away. After a few hours of clearing everything, it was good as new and now I know not to allow this debris to sit on my roof during rainy season.
