In our search for the right team to handle the flooring and install of our new sofa, we were pointed toward Daniel, Haley, and the crew at MS RV Solutions. Not being familiar with the ins and outs of scheduling in Red Bay, we originally asked them back in June to book us for flooring and furniture installation in September. We agreed on September 29th, but as often happens with remodel projects, our timeline shifted dramatically and I had to ask Daniel for some flexibility--during a month when they're usually booked solid. To our surprise (and gratitude), Daniel and Haley didn't just accommodate us--they moved things around and got our coach in today, September 5th. Their team took the 12x18' roll of carpet I hauled all the way from California in the basement of my coach, spread it, cut it, bound it, and installed it on the slides, around the base of the bed, and on the steps. They even turned the remnants into a perfectly bound entry rug. And they did all of this in just one day! They've treated our coach like it was their own. The craftsmanship was excellent, the turnaround time unbelievable, and the customer service outstanding. We'll be back on the 29th for the new sofa install, and I couldn't be more confident that it will be handled just as well.
