I am 45 and avoided dentists at all costs and i'd rather let my teeth rot out of my head then get help. I chipped my front tooth and i didn't have a choice but to seek immediate help despite how anxious I was. The girl at the desk,..Lana??? She was so incredibly warm and personal. The dental assistants were lovely and The Dentist, Dr. Ronald Cohen was outstanding and very cool!!! I do not know the younger guy that came right in to meet me and was very nice and he spoke to me again when i left he said we could talk more when i came back and not to worry they will make a plan that will be affordable and work best for me. ( Big relief these days) These people took a new patient 1 hour before they were closing and it was snowing heavy and they did not turn me away because they already had several other patients. I am nervous and have very bad anxiety by dental worker even thinking about going to a dentist. I was calm form the moment i walked in and only thought for 3 seconds i was going to lose it. At that moment the Dentist just made me laugh and i am sure he didn't have any idea he had totally stopped my panic by telling me a story. They were not annoyed by my non stop rambling about how awful my teeth were. They said, " your teeth are bad but they are not as bad as you think they are. I can only hope that they will take younger kids because I am on a mission to have proper dental care for my sons. I am so bad I sign up for the dental care the school gives children in school and i have insurance. ****I have NEVER written a review on Yelp or any place i have been to. However, I was that happy with my experience today. They fixed my front half missing tooth in less then an hour that made me feel so good inside. If you are unsure about money or embarrassed about your teeth this is the right place for you. I am HUGE on customer service and this office exceeded any other place i have been to!! Dr. Julia Burdo is amazing. I scheduled an appt after with her after having a deep cavity filled at another dentists office and for months kept going back complaining of pain and they kept telling me I was fine. So that's when I called Da Vinci dental and booked an appt with Dr. J. Burdo. Their technology is amazing. They found that my dentist had killed the pulp in my molar and was basically rotting in my mouth which gave me an infection under the tooth. I was in so much pain and Dr. Burdo fixed me up immediately. Thanks to Da Vinci's tech/CT Scan, Dr. Burdo was able to find and correct the problem that my regular dentist could not. Because I was in so much pain, I was so nervous that any treatment to the area was going to hurt but Dr. Julia Burdo did an absolutely fantastic job. I didn't feel a thing. I am so happy. And after literally 6 months of discomfort and not being able to chew on the right side of my mouth, saying thank you Dr. Burdo does not seem like enough. *I am using my Fiance's Account To Write This Review: WONDERFUL! I had a tooth emergency and Davinci took me on a Saturday morning right away. The Doctors were all professional, friendly and gentle. My 7 year old Stepson was with me and they even gave him a little toy to play with while he waited with him mom. The Receptionists are very friendly and personable! I had hardly any pain after my procedure. I recently had to have 2 more teeth pulled and regretly went to another Dentist closer to my home. NEVER AGAIN! Almost 10 days later, I am still in a lot of pain. I called Davinci again today to have them look at the pulled tooth area. They gentleman who answered the phone was nice and professional and they were able to get me in firs thing tomorrow. They gave me a good suggestion to relieve the pain in the meantime. I have been looking for a dentist for over a year since I moved into the area. I think I may have found one. Da Vince Dental Specialists is a very professional, comforting and friendly dentist office. I went in for a cleaning and exam. I was greeted by the office manager upon arrival and offered tea or coffee from their Keurig machine. They also had a flat screen in the lobby which was great. The one negative is that I did have to wait about 20 minutes until my appointment began. The dentist (Dr. Steve) was very professional and did a really nice job. My hygienist did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth and was friendly. I will definitely be going back. read more

I would be happy to recommend Da Vinci Dental for a referral. Upon arriving, the staff (Marine and Lynda) are very friendly and as time goes by, they treat you more like a friend than a patient. To Anya, she does a thorough job cleaning. Former Dr. Simenko was excellent. Unfortunately she no longer works there but her replacement, Dr. Calzada and his assistant, Ivan, have recovered her services very well. I even had to have fillings on the two front teeth, the scariest place for dental work; but he has kept their natural look, color and all. My experience began with unbelievable customer service and I hold that in the highest of regard as it is a dying service in our country! I have been going to Da Vinci Dental from Nov 2016 and could not be happier! They go out of their to make your visit as easy as possible and treat you with proper care. I have no clue what the complaints are speaking about unless the are work for a different dentist. I have had neglected my mouth for a few years. I had a tooth removed, two different root canals and two caps plus numerous cleanings due to bad gums. Every time it was the most professional visits I have ever had and I am 65 years old so I have seen many different dentists. Not not listen to the poor reviews they have no clue! read more

Upon my arrival at da Vinci I was greeted with wide from a lovely staff at the front desk (Veronika). I was quickly admitted and in the dental hygienist's chair within minutes. Anna, the dental hygienist, was very thorough and delicate throughout the whole cleaning. Olga, the dentist, went through all the work I needed done in detail. The price for the cleaning and check up was exceptionally affordable. They're prices are exceptionally cheap, considering the work done. I LOVE MY DENTIST! Who says that kind of thing? Well it is true. I have been going to Dr. since he took over the practice from Dr. in 2004 or 2005??. I was definitely worried about the change in the beginning but Dr. is wonderful. Many of the staff are the same as before and I would trust no one else with my teeth - and my teeth need a lot of help. Even though my insurance plan covers them as out of network there is no way I would sacrifice my teeth just to go to an in network provider and save a few bucks. read more

A few weeks ago, I had a really bad toothache and needed an emergency root canal and found that Da Vinci Dental had Saturday hours. I left there with a root canal complete with impressions done to get my crown ordered. I returned this passed Saturday and everything with that tooth is complete. Although this office is 40 minutes from my house, I plan on making them my regular dental office. The friendly and knowledgable staff make you feel comfortable. Based on the couple of reviews regarding getting Xrays, I agree with Selah that my first one also hurt my palate/got scraped/cut. Fortunately, the subsequent ones are less painful. They do have a great state of the art hand-held Xray device that takes digital Xrays and it shows the results right away. I'm not sure if the radiation exposure levels are the better or worse, but I did wear a lead apron. The operator probably should wear one too or at least a lead glove. read more

Their state of the art technology and the view from the patient chair looking at sky beats other dentists' offices I have seen! After my initial visit I was sold! The facility is immaculate and employs a courteous and professional staff. Anna, the hygienist, provided the best cleaning I've ever had. I was very impressed with this office yesterday. I took one of my daughters there and she loved it. She was very comfortable with the hygienist and the Doctor and that's important especially for a teenager. Artem was very helpful and informative.He responded quickly to emails and returned phone calls.It's very hard switching dentists after so many years but this practice is a keeper. read more

I just started going here and the employees are great. My son had a tooth pulled and got sick at 11:30 pm, I called the office manager and he got right back to me after speaking with the dentist. It turned out to be unrelated, but they called the next day to check on him. Knowing they are there for you like that, made it an easy decision for them to be our family dentist. read more
