If I could give this place a zero I would. This place is a disgrace. My mother had an appointment with them and unfortunately due to other health issues (Parkinson's) she moves a little slow. She is also somewhat nervous as the procedure is intense. There was a complete lack of empathy or patience from both staff and the doctor. Not to mention that it took them a very long time to even bring my mother back for the procedure. When my mom asked how long it should take, the response from the doctor was "depends how much you talk." On Thursday I had two implant posts placed by Dr. Greg Burdo. Past experiences with dental procedures that required numbing had never gone well, so I was pleasantly surprised how efficiently and painlessly the posts were placed. I was satisfied with the service until recently. I had an appointment scheduled a while ago for the morning of 2/17 at 9am. I specifically asked for the first/earliest appointment of the morning due to work schedule. I was in the office at 8:55am. There was another person sitting in the waiting area. My regular hygienist came up to that person and took him in. "Can you wait a little?" without giving me any options. I was left flabbergasted. In about 15 minutes someone else took me back to take X-rays and I was asked to wait more. * No one called me prior to my appointment to ask if I wish to reschedule. * I have not been notified that I was double booked with someone else. * I was not given a choice to be seen by another hygienist for my scheduled appointment time. I'm a healthcare provider myself and respect for patient's time is my priority. I was left without a choice... I either continue waiting and miss work or I walk out. I walked out as this disregard to my personal time is unacceptable. read more

Because my dentist was away on vacation, I was referred for an emergency visit with DaVinci dental. When I called, Andrew at the front desk was very reassuring and made sure that I got an appointment that same day. I was initially seen by Janelle and then by Dr Matt. I was a new patient this afternoon. Receptionists and hygienist were amazing. I arrived on time for my 4:00 appointment. I was called back to the exam room a bit after 4:30. When my cleaning was complete Dr. Cohen refused to do my exam because it was after 5:00 and said I should come back another day for the exam. What makes his time more precious than mine? I'm a teacher. I left school early so I could have a cleaning and an exam. I will not do that again for his convenience. Terrible, disrespectful way to treat a new patient. After visiting my primary dentist I was advised by him and his assistant that all four of my wisdom teeth had to be removed. Unfortunately and fortunately my primary dentist did not provide wisdom teeth removal so I had no choice but to look elsewhere. I called many places and the way I chose the dental office of choice was by the way the receptionist sounded over the phone and the way they answered some of my questions. The receptionist here was so friendly and answered all my questions. This office is clean and well kept with friendly staff. I do agree with the other person that reviewed this place about the x-rays. The doctors tried and tried to take x-rays but I kept gagging. The process was very uncomfortable but I managed. They took all my four wisdom teeth out while I was awake and it was less painful than I expected. The doctor was so nice and attentive and felt comfortable. Overall, really good experience. I do plan on getting braces and if I am still in the state I will definitely do it here. read more

Worst office! Initially when I first started going I thought they were great. Lady at the front desk was and is super nice (Linda I think) They told me if I left a review on google I would get a $50 credit to my account, so I left a good review. 6 month checkup I have cavities, and my daughter has several which was odd she never had cavities, but I believed them and we had our teeth fixed. 6 months later I'm told I have 5 cavities and my daughter has 7!!!! WHAT!!! Went I got a second opinion NO CAVITIES for either of us. This place is a complete sham. They wouldn't even send my xrays with the so called cavities to the new dentist. I had a crown done 2016, which took 7 months to get because they molded it incorrect and had to do it over again. The female dentist could not get the crown on the tooth, after 2 HOURS, I told them I would come back for another dentist. After the crown was finally in, it fell off, went back, cemented , fell off again. Started a new dental practice, 2016. 2018 the DA VINCI CAP DESINTAGRATED. Big hole in, can't been fixed or used, DA VINCI told me they WON'T replace the cap but would give me a price break on new cap , because I started with a new dentist. Well, I can't afford a new cap Evey 2 years, since they use faulty material's. I am glad I left DA VINCI practice. COHEN says they stand by their products, I'm not believing that, or they would have replaced my cap. read more

I went to this practice for about 2 years and the cleanings were good and I believe the hygienists did a nice job. Dr Olga was a wonderful addition to the practice but unfortunately left and I saw Dr Cohen for some fillings I needed done. He was rude and disrespectful and I remember being in tears during my procedure. He recommended I have a root canal by a fellow colleague at the office, Dr Lanning. I did as such and began to have extreme pain following the root canal. It was very difficult to get an appointment with him and after weeks of pain he misdiagnosed the problem. I went to another endodontist for a second opinion, it turns out there was a root missed during the initial root canal. After much grief and expense I finally resolved the issue and will never go back. read more

Compared to going in for an oil change...and leaving with the mechanic telling you that you need a new engine. Went in to get 2 cavaties filled(they filled and billed for 3 though). Teeth already had silver fillings...no pain, no issues prior to going in. Afterwards, my jaw had hurt very bad for a week and a half. Went back, they redrilled/filled again. Pain is a lot better, but still there occasionally. Now they say I need a root canal...did not need a root canal prior to my visits. Won't be going back. read more

Da Vinci Dental has the best hygienist I have ever met (Annia) and my doctor and his assistant (Dr. Cohen and Kerry) are extremely attentive and caring. They listen to what I have to say and work with me on my questions and concerns. This is an amazing quality to have, which makes it an asset. I appreciate the fact that they are detail oriented and open to suggestions. My doctor works with his assistant to make te best decision for you always putting you and your needs first. AVOID at all costs!! This place is a sham, please read. Really, really, really bad. They performed multiple oral surgeries which have all become infected, they charge every last bit they can to ensure they are profiting from anything. I have gum disease I was under the impression that I was having a deep cleaning done by a Dental Hygienist however it was a routine 100$ cleaning, at that I had asked for months to see a Dentist for evaluation instead the manager will rope you into having more work done. Artem is a cancer to this business, as far as I'm concerned he has a gangster mentality, he took advantage of my personal situation. I begged to see Dr. Cohen because I heard he was good, well I never saw him but he did write me a script for Vicodin after I had to plead with Artem that I was in genuine pain after having two root canals performed by people who no longer work there, Da Vinci's staff told me they were "being watched by the DEA" so they were hesitant to give me something for pain. All I needed was a couple days to recover as gum disease slows the healing process. Oh and on top of this the office manager Artem told me to take Tylenol and Advil together, as this combo may work, it was inaaprioate at the time I had a tooth removed and a root canal done. There is something very wrong here, it seems like the Docs are writing Narcotics for the staff and each other or something. Regardless I found a much better dentist who is fixing the work they created. The reason why I mention Artem multiple times is because he is highly defensive like a pitbull over the practice. He never booked me a dental evaluation, but took as many X-Rays my insurance would allow while following up with an 'appointment-check up' where I never saw a dentist, nor Hygienist. Just an assistant cleaned my teeth. He is there to make the practice money they do not care how you recover. DO NOT GO! Obviously, they're very troubled people. I never experienced this in my life, with any doctors or dentists. My family is full of Medical people, this was a ridiculous experience I'm almost embarrassed to write about. I feel so stupid for trusting these greedy people, its just a shake down. read more

As dental professionals, they're tops!! Whenever I visit this area from FL, I have this office do my dental work. They are far superior to the dentists that I've had in Florida. Kristi, my hygienist, is extremely personable and friendly, and takes the time to explain things as she works. She has a gentle touch, but is very thorough and skilled. Dr Burdo is very knowledgeable, and his assistant is kind and helpful. The other staff members I have met are very friendly, and the entire office has a pleasant atmosphere. I had a great experience at Di Vinci. I originally came in on a Groupon coupon for teeth whitening, dental exam, and cleaning. As soon as I walked in the office, I noticed that the waiting area is every pleasant and inviting. Not cluttered or small. Staff is very knowledgeable and took great care of me. Located right off of York Rd it was a perfect location from my home. I liked Di Vinci so much that I'll go to them for any follow ups from now on. Dr. Burdo, Dr. Lanning, Dr. Cohen, Dr. Simonenko and Dr. Perschon are AWESOME! I LOVE MY DENTIST OFFICE and ALL of the DENTISTS there. It truly starts at the front desk. I love them all! I truly cannot say enough good things about them. Dr. Perschon especially because she has had to deal with me the most and Joe. She is so caring and wonderful. Dr. Burdo, who took the time to talk to me for probably 15 minutes if not longer to help me become comfortable and then talked to my daughter in the waiting room instead of leaving to go home to his own family...AMAZING! I started out going there terrified and having panic attacks. I could not go alone and I needed to be medicated. After three months of being a patient with these most wonderful and understanding Doctors and the entire staff I can go by myself and I am no longer taking medication to keep me calm. This is truly monumental for me and I owe it all to this amazing staff. I also want to stress it is everyone here. Artem is amazing! Joe has been instrumental in helping me become comfortable and a few of the young ladies there I have even tried to get them to date one of my sons because they are just truly fantastic people. If you are seeing another Dentist then stop it! You owe it to yourself to go here! THE BEST! NO DOUBT ABOUT IT! PERIOD! My boyfriend and I have both had a great experience with DaVinci. Very clean, inviting, comfortable office, extremely friendly, welcoming staff, and we LOVE Dr. Olga! I have never been so comfortable with any medical professional as I am with her. She is so friendly, gentle, and puts me very much at ease, even while she is elbows deep in my mouth, drilling away! Da Vinci is very good about working with our budget, scheduling appointments when it works for us/our insurance. I had a standard cleaning x-ray yesterday. It was in the late afternoon. They took me immediately, I never have to wait in this office which is a rarity at any dentist/doctor office. Dr. Olga, the dentist and Galena, the hygienist are absolutely professional and top notch. They are thorough, friendly and very knowledgeable. I have been going to this office over a year. My husband is a patient too because of my recommendation. In addition, the x-rays aren't that bad as a previous reviewer wrote. It takes only a few minutes and there is a minor, slight discomfort. It's nice that you can see your teeth immediately on the computer screen. read more

This is not the dental office to go. When I first tarted they were very nice and thorough. As time went on I discovered that the only thing they were interested in was pushing dental implants. I kept telling them that at my age (71) I did not have the money to spend on 4 dental implants plus the crowns. The last time I saw them was in 12/2015 and not only did Dr, Cohen give the same story; I needed removal of several teeth to be replaced by implants. He had another assistant that said the same pushed the same thing. I told him no, I do not want to go down this road as I am on a fixed income and I just wanted my 2 bridges replaced. He said they don't do bridges. I left there thinking to myself that I would never come back, and I didn't. I was recommended a very good dentist that I have been seeing since early 5/2016. On his xrays he found 6 cavaties that DaVinci didn't even mention or show on their written report. I doubt these cavaties showed up 5 months. I will also add that my husband had a very bad experience. He teeth are not in good shape but, they did pull 3 teeth (I'm not even sure if it was necessary); sent him home with severe bleeding which I was able to stop. When I contacted the office I didn't receive much help. The dr. that pulled the teeth did call back to tell me what to do. That was it--no further follow-up contact. These people are only in the business to make money. They are an LLC so the bottom line is the most important part of the business. That's it--only a business to make money. I am a retired executive of a large company--I am no dummy. This place is a shame of a dental office. I tell everyone I can how terrible they are. read more

I've only been twice in a few years but my experience was decent. I spent a few hundred dollars on 2 partials that never fit right and I had to take them out to eat. Ended up losing them and now I'm back to square one. Now they want to do bridge work and crowns and root canal....not so sure about that, but the cleaning I just got looks great.
