They are in the holiday spirit.

Unfortunately, throughout my life, I've had the need to visit physical therapy locations many times. Of all those I've used, Davis and DeRosa is far and away the best. First, it is modern looking, clean and well kept. Second, the staff that I have encountered so far have been very friendly and extremely professional. If you've been to a doctor's office recently, you probably found that taking their time, talking with you, finding out what's going on with you and making you feel welcomed is a thing of the past. That is not true here - they do all the above. Welcome you, talk with you, listen to your issues, take their time to work on you and give you concise instructions on what you need to do when you leave. As far as the working on you, be prepared to spend some time and also be prepared to bite your lip...or take a few deep breaths. For my condition, they are doing some sort of deep tissue therapy and, in a word...ouch!!! But, not a bad ouch, a you-know-it-is-fixing-something ouch. :) Oh, and the have hours outside of normal work hours which means, for me at least, I don't have to take off work to get my therapy. A very big plus. I have more to do but look forward to future visits. They have been great. I truly hope you never have to visit them, because that means you are not hurt but, if you do, I would definitely recommend them.

Adorable and sweet too!

We saw two different orthopedic surgeons and decided to stay with Keck and Dr Peterson. All of the staff have been friendly and helpful. The wait times have been minimal and follow up calls have been easy. Dr Peterson has been great, spending time explaining everything thoroughly and never feeling rushed. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing a lower extremity Orthopedic.

So finally she said can I help you no smile no good morning no thank you for waiting or anything. Just monotone voice. So now i am checked and while I was waiting in the lobby, she greeted and smiled with other guests. I was like wow. But I know she was hired because they thought she was a great fit she just needs to go back to basics and treat everyone one equally. But Once you're called everyone from then on were so nice and friendly (it's like two different offices.) The x-ray tech had a relaxing voice when instructed me to position myself in different positions for my x-ray, and he wished me a speedy recovery. BUT Dr Petrigliano is the best orthopedic doctor I've seen. He is very professional, personable, very caring, and honest. Although this facility and doctor treats the Los Angeles Kings, he treats everyone the same. My last orthopedic doctor left me suspense and worried. although I bought in cd of my injury he viewed it and said, "Let's take some current ones to see where you're at." I can respect that because prior doctor didnt due such thing he just look at my cd and said, can you wiggle your fingers( mind you I have a sling on) i said yes and he said I will see you in 3 weeks. I was not satisfied with the service. So visiting this dr made me feel so much better after being in a major car accident. I didn't feel rushed. He asked if I had any concerns or questions, and I never felt rushed . He answered all my questions. I left out of the office relieved and happy. oh yeah, he's a sharp dresser too

Every day activities, including sleeping, were a bit traumatic. I saw three doctors before I saw Dr. Salah, and not one of them was able to diagnose or treat my pain adequately. I later realized that none of them spent the time to understand the issue. Dr. Salah took the time (which is not encouraged nowadays) to analyze my actual issue and provide a course of action that included medication and physical therapy. He absolutely changed my quality of life, and I'm incredibly fortunate to have come in contact with him. Fast-forward: My teenage son is now a basketball/track athlete. Growing bodies and the like are rife for injuries in high school sports. The first person I thought of when my son was injured was Dr. Salah, and this was the absolute best decision. He took the time to get to the bottom of our concerns and created an action plan for recovery. I now have zero worries about my son's ability to stay healthy because he has an advocate in Dr. Salah.

After years of poor experiences with other doctors, Dr. Salah truly changed my perception of patient care. He took the time to thoroughly examine my hand and explain the mechanical issues in a way I could understand. What stood out was his combination of expertise and genuine empathy. He was straightforward about the diagnosis, clear about treatment options, and took time to answer all my questions about potential outcomes. He understood my concerns about surgery and helped me weigh the pros and cons without pushing me in any particular direction. Thank you, Dr. Salah.

I felt like she truly cared about me and wanted to do her best to alleviate my pain. She even recommended the chiropractor she uses for herself and offered to go along with me to the appointment so that she could better help me in the future as this chiropractor takes x-rays. She really goes above and beyond and I feel very lucky to have had her "magic" worked on me today. Furthermore, it speaks a lot to her capabilities knowing that she worked with the American athletes during the Olympics. In addition, her office is very comfortable and soothing. There is also free parking behind the building as well as across the street.
