The folks we bought it from just topped it off each time before they showed the house. So instead of struggling with the old unit All Temp installed a new unit for us. Two years later, I've had a couple of questions about the unit and they've answered those questions and even made a trip out once to help. Didn't charge me. I've got a bit of knowledge about these systems, and they've have answered honestly and not tried to mislead me. Their techs have great knowledge and are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend these guys. Equipment these days are expensive but you get what you pay for. Use them you won't regret it.

After living with the fan for a few months it seemed we were having trouble with it. I thought the fan was going out but upon closer inspection the fan was loosing power when the light switch in an adjacent bathroom was turned on. Upon calling and speaking with the owner of the company, I was told that he didn't understand the wiring in my house and he just "did the best he could" and as such would not offer any warranty on the labor. Seems a bit like a fly by night business, and I would recommend staying away from this one.
