Have not been able to do business, Someone came to my house in early Feb. 2023, and went under house and took lots of pictures. Never heard from them, Finally went to the business in early June and discovered that they moved in Feb.. went to new location. they had all pics and notes in system. man came out of office and said he would do an estimate for heating and air system with zero apology for the zero contact . never heard from them. Went back to new location and was put on phone with someone who stated that they were having trouble getting licencing authorization since my house was in Kentucky 12 miles from their location. waited then I called back and a man said still having a problem. BUT WOULD do a guestimate of cost and call me back,NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. not sure how they expect to stay in business. Even though they have only given me heart burn, I do not reccoment this business. I did get 2 other estimates from heating and air businesses in Tn with no issues! read more

We called out Tennessee Home Solutions to put a brand new combo unit in. We talked at length at how to install a unit and keep it affordable. They worked with us and made it happen. They were professional, accommodating, and did a fantastic job! Billy Joe paid close attention to detail and was a very hard worker. I can't say enough about this company. We had a brand new heat pump put in in June 2020 when we moved to Tennessee. Since we purchased and had it installed we have consistently had issues with it not cooling properly. We have made many calls and had technicians come out and found issues resulting from the install, including incorrectly wiring the heat pump which caused the breaker to trip. We told them it was not cooling properly multiple times and even ensured they at a time of day they could see for themselves. Here we are a year later, and it still wasn't working properly. We made 3 different phone calls to them. We didn't receive a phone call back until after that 3rd voicemail message was left. We finally received a phone call back and a technician came to our home. He turned up the blower motor come up or, which has resulted our issue. However, sense, since it is beyond one year very shortly. They want to charge us $70 for that technician coming out when the issue should have been resolved at install. We sent a letter to the management in response to the invoice, and they did not even bother to respond to our concerns, just resent the $70 invoice to us. This is bad customer service at its finest. We will no longer be using Tennessee home solutions. We will also be spreading word-of-mouth. They cannot be relied on to give customer service appropriately. read more
