The owner/foreman was extremely knowledgeable and able to quickly assess the terrain and let us know what could and couldn't be done. Poor quality. Would not recommend. Bid two job and turned it in to over 5 days. Would have been more but I had to run them off and be done. They built a house and barn pad. Left ground terribly rough and said that's what a dozer does. However, they were hired to build a smith level pad on grade. Not my problem that the dozer was a 70 or 80's model with no laser equipment etc. I've had better PD's built with a 40hp tractor and box blade. Not a good experience. read more
