The experience with J&C was quite the opposite: excellent communication, fast response for quote, competitive pricing, very knowledgeable, and the floor was repaired quickly and correctly. This is very unprofessional behavior, especially since I have a year's warranty on my flooring. And if something happens to my flooring within that one year timeframe, who do I contact if they are not communicating with their customers? Very poor communication! Very unprofessional behavior.

They loaded their own van up with the incorrect flooring, drove to Home Depot (with me following in my car), helped with the return, and even got me a discount on the replacement flooring. The pattern of the flooring involved 3 different sized wood planks (3", 4" and 5").
