He did an incredible job in only a few hours, installed a needed second strap (per code) and also installed a pan under the hot water heater, which the original one did not have, hooked up a new expansion tank, and hooked up the recirc hardware I have so we can get hot water instantly; and they did it all for less than I expected to pay Also, along with the standard six year hot water heater warranty from Rheem, Dino included a matching six year warranty on labor if needed. He quickly found the problem, fixed it and then a few tests later, he charged the system with the refrigerant. We had no refrigerant in the system, zero. Although the unit was 12 years old, the system took that long to run out. I don't have any relationship with this company, but I will refer anyone to use them. Several times last night and today I called the business line and it transferred me to Sam Milianta's voice mail, who promised to call me back. He didn't. It's peak season for HVAC repairs.
