By the third day we were told by our home warranty company that it was ordered, but it would still be another 3 to 5 BUSINESS days! We are a family of 7 and I was immediately really upset. After talking to Steve again he decided that that was unacceptable and he wasn't going to let my husband and I along with our 5 kids wait that long. They called me and said they would be there in 45 minutes to install a new water heater. They were here within that timeframe and had it installed within a half hour. Steve is so amazing and I will forever recommend Complete Plumbing to everyone I hear that needs plumbing services. I'm really grateful for he and Jason installing it well and getting the job done despite the Home Warranty company being difficult and essentially causing their customer to be without hot water for 8 days.
