After everything was said and done I feel in love with with the finished product. Not only was I happy with the ring my, now fiancé, was so impressed she had to meet the ladies that helped me. When we went into the store again to introduce her to these two women, they again went above the call of duty and took pictures of us together and sent them to me. When I finally reached someone by phone, I was told -- directly -- that they don't have time to answer emails or take calls because they are too busy. Read that again: too busy to answer customers who are trying to give them money. There is no proper online ordering system, no follow-up, no basic customer service, and zero respect for potential buyers. If you don't want to sell online or respond to inquiries, then don't pretend to have a website that suggests otherwise. This is not how a legitimate or serious business operates in 2025. Ignoring customers and brushing them off with "we're busy" is unacceptable. Communication is the bare minimum -- and they completely failed. If you value your time or expect even basic professionalism, look elsewhere. What a mess.
