The young kid who helped me was running around with his head cut off I could tell he hasn't worked there very long!! I brung this console in last month they gave me 39.00 I tried to pawn it but I was talked into selling it the tv I brought they couldn't get the tv to power it's my fault on that one I didn't know I needed my remote I learned my lesson always bring a Remote!! I'm not going to be all the way negative they do have good employ's what I don't understand is how are they going to give me a 39$ loan then today they wasn't trying to give money to anyone!! I ain't mad about it. It is what it is they are friendly and nice but they lack good customer service they need to go take some classes and learn NEW ways on how to satisfy there customers!!! They were very helpful in the frames department & gave us some suggestions on new matting. We left the picture with them & an hour later, they said it was ready. My son paid the $77 for the new frame & glass plus new matting as a Christmas present for his Dad. We were pleased with the quality of the work & the speed of getting it done. I will definitely shop here again.
