I was not told there would be an inspection charged when I talked to the owner. I told the young man behind the counter to tell the owner that he had lost a customer for this deceptive practice. It has been 3 days and I have received no phone call from the owner. In a small town you do not build a customer base by this type of behavior. I have used this business in the past but no more. Stay away!
