Contacted AutoZone as above, Jashua told me to come in. Toyota gives 90-minutes of backup reserve power when car is cranked with door closed on a dead battery. Battery was replaced by Gary in less than 10-minutes. He deserves special mention. This service on a holiday was exceptional and worth mentioning. Please let them know. I was not told there would be an inspection charged when I talked to the owner. I told the young man behind the counter to tell the owner that he had lost a customer for this deceptive practice. It has been 3 days and I have received no phone call from the owner. In a small town you do not build a customer base by this type of behavior. I have used this business in the past but no more. Stay away!
