First of all it was surprising that it closed so early!!! Second by the time the cashier came over it was literally 5:00on the dot!! I am not sure why they were completely shut down that early and yet the doors were open. The cashier said I could order online but the app didn't work, I truly don't understand, most people don't close their cash registers while keeping the door unlocked. I think it's really important to treat customers well and I feel like this was just a ridiculous way to treat a customer, clearly these people want to get out of the store as fast as they can and i get it, but there needs to be a little window of flexibility - I don't think I will return !!!

Airedales can be a challenging breed to groom, and Orion was honest from the start that she hadn't worked with many of them before. We really appreciated her willingness to learn and improve. Each visit has been better than the last, and Jojo is comfortable and happy with her. Orion is patient, professional, and clearly takes pride in her work. We're very pleased with the progress and the service we've received.

I had two separate appointments at PetSmart grooming, and both resulted in my dog being injured by…read morethe same groomer, Patricia. On 12/27/25, I schedule a bath and brush which includes a bath, nail clipping, etc. When picking up my dog, I noticed she was bleeding and brought it to the attention of the groomer who failed to notice this. Patricia clipped my dog's nail so badly it split and bled so I took my dog to the vet to ensure she was okay. It eventually healed on its own but the first picture shows her injury. The store manger, Lauren Hughes reached out quickly and ensured PetSmart took care of the bill, but I was not pleased with the whole interaction and incident that could have been avoided. I was told to book with a different groomer next time. I gave them another chance and specifically booked a different groomer, Celeste for 5/12/26 and selected the bath only option. When I arrived, Patricia told me she would be handling my dog anyway despite informing her I selected Celeste as my groomer but due to Celeste being booked, she would be bathing my dog. I made it clear it was just a bath, however my dog was injured again. I received a call informing me my dogs nail got stuck in a grate and was bleeding. When I informed the manager Lauren, that I was around the corner at a nearby store and would be there shortly to see my dog, they informed me they transported my dog to UC Davis Veterinary Medical Center without my knowledge or consent and only told me after the fact. Luckily it was a split in the nail and she didn't require medical attention. We are hoping her injury will heal on its own but we will monitor it. Two visits. Two injuries. Same groomer. This is not a coincidence--it's negligence. My request for a different groomer was ignored, and basic safety was clearly lacking. I will not be returning. Pet owners should be very cautious.

(You're gonna want to keep reading!!!)…read more I'm a first-time puppy owner and 3 days after I brought my pug puppy (2-month old) home, he started showing symptoms of Parvo, which obviously freaked me out. (And the Google search results that told me his survival rate with treatment would be around 60%-90% freaked me out even more) First, I took him a highly rated Yelp vet clinic that had an availability for him on the same day. Of course I know Parvo is very serious, but the technicians there made the whole situation very negative and made me even more nervous. They recommended me to either take my puppy to a 24/7 vet hospital which would have been crazy expensive (they would not give me a general price/quote for it either!) or conduct home treatment which they said will most likely not work. They didn't give me a third option. I'm pretty sure I didn't even get to speak to a doctor. I just felt frustrated and pessimistic about the whole already-stressful situation. However, I immediately called my friend whose friend worked at Yolo Vet Clinic, and she told me she recommended me to take my puppy there for a second opinion and for more transparency on Parvo treatment prices...and everything is now history! The Dr. Bulkeley and the technicians at Yolo Vet helped me and my pup so much. As soon as I got there, they kept me feeling optimistic and positive, and by ensuring me that I caught the symptoms early and calming me down. They gave me a clear picture of what their non-24/7 hospitalization process looked like, and gave me a realistic price estimate. Before, I thought Parvo puppies could only survive at a super pricey 24/7 vet hospital (being misled by the other clinic) due to the low-ish survival rate, but I had no idea how fast my puppy would get better and recover under the care of Yolo Vet! He came home after 3 days and the technicians gave me specific instructions on how to continue to support his recovery! But of course do keep in mind that each puppy is different and have different immune systems! To say I'm eternally grateful would be an understatement. I loved and appreciated their transparency, optimism, friendliness, and professionalism. Their app also helped so I could contact their technician if I had any questions.
