I decided to check this place out while having our dog's teeth cleaned at the place that's conveniently right next to it. This place has a lot of pet items, so it was hard for me to choose, but I ended up getting him some treats and a toy. The staff here are very nice too. They even gave me a discount for going to the place next door for our dog's teeth cleaning, which was much appreciated. Went to this store a couple times while visiting from Oregon and had to get some stuff for my 1 year old puppy. The staff was very friendly to me and my dog, and even gave us some treats and a free goody bag! They have a great selection of high quality ingredient treats/food/food toppers, grooming supplies, and toys. I've been shopping here for 5 years or so, and so has my fiance.... Together were have 4 big dogs and 1 cat, we buy lots of food from these guys.... Almost all Orijen.... Mostly really helpful staff, there is one employee that acts super confused every time we go regarding the buy 12 get one free deal with Orijen..... Generally, I prefer to buy from locally owned companies, always have, but now these guys prices have gotten out of control.... I can get our food online cheaper, and, they have it at Petco for about 15 percent less than "The Pet Shop", plus I'll still get the 12th bag free.... I'm sorry, but as long as the prices here are an extra $15 to $20 a bag, I can't shop here anymore.... That's $80 or more a month...... (insert sad face Bitmoji here) read more

Omg where do I start?? So evacuations are stressful for everyone and our dog was taking especially hard. She wasn't eating, drinking, and was super anxious. We went in to the Pet Shop desperate for a resolution so we could focus on everyone's safety etc The staff was AMAZING - We were able to get a calming topical, an amazing food recommendation to get out Khaleesi eating and hydrated and some pumpkin to help ease her stomach. I stood around, asked for help, and rang the little bell on the counter; all trying to spend some money here and the person in the back just kept talking on the phone and ignoring me with my treats and food ready to go. I ended up just leaving without any purchases and they didn't even look out to see where their only customer had gone. Previous to this, they offered to order my dog's food for me and got the order incorrect twice, which was inconvenient but not horrible. The person working the counter was polite about it, but I ended up having to go to Western feed. This store has a good selection; but I can buy all my food and all the treats I need for my pets at Western and at Pawsh, which have way better customer service. read more

I recently discovered this adorable store and it's exactly what I needed for my dog. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Joe and he was pleased to hear that I was a first time visitor.. so much so that he even gave me a dog bag filled with goodies and samples. I explained to him that I came in to see if they carried a certain type of dog food (since many places don't carry my brand) and of course they did! He also had all these amazing facts as to why this dog brand is was excellent and a little background of the brand business. I appreciated this because that's something I love to hear, and to get it from a store manager that is selling me a bag of food is perfect.
