I called to get an estimate and was assisted by Alejandro. He scheduled a date that worked best for me to come out for an estimate. On the day of the appointment, Alejandro kept me informed on when he was arriving. Once he arrived, he asked all the questions and started the necessary inspections. He inspected every inch of the roof and even used a drone to help. He itemized everything that needed to be addressed and broke them down into sections with estimates listed next to them. Based on the inspections, he identified there was moss present that needed removal, few shingles were damanged, gutters were detached, etc. He took many before photos of what he identified that needed to be addressed. He went through each item with me very thoroughly. I decided to hire them on the spot. He said his crew can come out the next day. They require a 10% deposit. On the day of the project, his crew showed up promptly. They got straight to work. The project took around 4.5 hours long to finish. After they were done, they sent me the after photos with the invoice. The roof looks brand new after the cleaning. I am so glad I found them on Yelp. They are easy to work with and professional in all areas. I will highly recommend them to family and friends.

They made sure the gutters and drains were clear as well, multiple times they sprayed down the house, and cleaned up all debris as they worked. We paid for the extra pressure wash and let me tell you, our outside front, back, and sides of the house and all concrete areas (landing, driveway, walk ways, porch, etc.) look pristine. I highly suggested adding it on. Once everything dried, there is no chemical or mold/must smell. Everything is truly, wonderfully clean. It's easy to tell from the initial use of a drone to inspect the roof, the team arriving early, the quick communication, and the outcome exceeding our expectations, this company and team value the quality of their work. Mark…read morecame out today to do a roof inspection on my tile roof and I mentioned that my main purpose was to have it cleaned and pressure washed before having an inspection done on it. I called ACS because they are experts with tile roofs. Mark was very honest with me about ACS not doing the cleaning of roofs any longer but, I was so grateful that he spent extra time giving me all of the information about my roof and who to call to clean it as well as what to look for when hiring someone. I just checked out the other reviews and with a couple of exceptions all those 5 stars reviews are written by people with an average of writing 2 reviews. They did not know how to install half-round gutters and destroyed my fascia, turning it into swiss…read morecheese trying to install round gutters by drilling THROUGH the sides of the half round gutters even though I provided high-end cast metal bottom brackets that simply needed the gutters set into them and secured by built-in steel tabs. They also had no clue how to install a drip edge, drilling through the side of MY GUTTER AND FASCIA rather than nailing from the top. It's like they just picked up some random guys from Home Depot parking lot rather than using experienced gutter installers. They basically installed a colander instead of a gutter. It was so bad I had to get a lawyer and have them take down their work and find a new gutter installer. The gutter installers who came to bid (before the messed up install was removed) were gobsmacked how bad the work was, and one said it was the worst install he had ever seen and asked to take photos to show his potential customers how bad some other local contractors are. FOR REAL. I worked in both residential and commercial construction admin for almost a decade in the past and Lluvia's didn't even know the basics for best practices for installing either drip edge or gutters. I don't know how these folks have a license. The only reason I used them was because they were recommended by the manufacturer. I'm assuming they paid for that referral, or else have a friend that works there. I question the validity of their good reviews. Probably friends or family, or people who have no clue how gutters should be installed. Avoid at all costs.

I had been dealing with trying to get it fixed for 2 months with another company but Eddie got the job done in less than a week and that included us getting a new garage door system.
