He paid $11,300 for a hair transplant at Utah Facial Plastics, only to be left with an uneven + unnatural hairlin. Oh, and just the other day he was asked if he had ever looked into a hair transplant, which tells you how much it didn't improve. Today was his one-year follow-up. Instead of taking responsibility, he was told: "If we did a second transplant, it would just look like it does on top." That is not the problem, Dr. Thompson. The problem is that you took $11,300 and gave someone a bad hairline, then spent a year deflecting his concerns instead of addressing a clearly subpar result. To make matters worse, people who arrived after me were being seen before me. It was clear my appointment and time weren't being respected. Unfortunately, I had to leave my previous eye doctor because of a change in vision insurance, and Mountain View was recommended to me. I seriously regret taking that advice. In the end, I walked out. This place is completely unorganized and unprofessional. I won't be returning, and I won't be recommending it to anyone.
