I was told she was unaware of the fact that the regular glue wouldn't stick because I had remnants of the UV glue on my eyelashes. She told me that she noticed they were popping right off while she was applying. That's why it took so long to finish the service. Of course, none of this was told me until the next day after I returned. They shared with me their three day policy and that's why I returned the very next day. I was told she could put on another set of lashes, but that it would be a waste of both of our time as they would just fall out. I was also told that because of this incident they were going to move to UV lashes in the near future and to return in a few weeks. A month has passed and they are now informing me they have no intention of doing UV lashes. I asked for a refund or free service and was only offered a 15% discount on a new set. This is very discouraging and terrible customer service who pays $110 plus tip for a full set of lashes that falls out in eight hours and then is offered 15% discount in it's place?

I have always been very happy, with not only the thorough job she does, and makes sure it is just how I want it. But she is very friendly and cordial and makes me feel so at ease. I always come away feeling like she took the time to make sure she got "all" the hair in all the places I wanted it taken. Today I scheduled an appointment with her again, but she had asked if I could come in a little earlier, which normally I would try to accommodate but was not able to today. She had me see another clinician instead. However, this person did not do a full "deep bikini." It was more like a very light normal bikini wax. She didn't take hardly any hair but charged me for the full deep bikini. She was friendly, but I felt did not do the job adequatley. Jenn has always taken about 30-45 minutes to do this for me, but the gal today was finished in less than 10 minutes. She left so much hair I came back home and found some old wax strips in my closet and had to re -wax my whole self again. Only I wasn't quite able to get all those spots like Jen always is able to. I came home feeling very dissatisfied and felt like I did not get what I paid for. I think all your employees should be advised to take the time and effort to make sure they are giving the services the client asks for and pays for. As for Jenn, I will stick with her, and give a big shout out to the good service she always provides.
