If you find yourself in need of repair in Junction City, I can't recommend these folks enough. They managed to squeeze in an out of towner in dire need of help as quickly as they could, and were amazingly friendly in the process. I dealt with four different employees and each was just as friendly and helpful as the last. Knowing I was on a rushed schedule, they did what they could to get me back in the road, and went so far as to give me the exact part number I'd need when I had time to get to a dealership. Seems like a fairly small detail, but it's those little touches that make the extra difference. They brought me in to visually show me exactly what was wrong, give a detailed breakdown of what was happening, and had me take off to test drive it and make sure I was comfortable with it before continuing on my journey. I have terrible luck with automobiles, so I've spent my fair share of time in shops.
