Let me tell you about Dennis, the Service Director...I dropped my car to be serviced and as it sat in Valor's care- water got into the car. (Side Note: I'm military with a 7 month old baby.) The car had 1/4-1/2 of standing water under the carpet and mold throughout the car. And when I brought it back, later that day, and asked what they would do about it- Dennis replied, "What do you want me to do? Fix it for free? It wasn't our fault and you should file with your insurance because we have no legal obligation to fix your car since it is private property." Ooouuu boy, Dennis...what a crappy answer for a car that was under your care. See my initial review under Valor Automotive. About one year ago Valor replaced my truck engine. At the time I pointed out my gas gauge didn't work on my instrument cluster. It took two weeks to replace engine & when I got it back the instrument cluster was worse. Low fuel gauge stayed on, check engine light on. It was diagnosed as needing a replacement cluster to address the issues. February 2021 I requested to have instrument cluster replaced; had been told repair was not an option. I was charged $100 for a diagnostic which confirmed the earlier diagnostic, and made more $ for Valor. I spent $900 total for the rebuilt cluster with installation, yet when I was given the truck back the gas gauge was still broken, the low fuel still on along with check engine light. Brought it in again and when I picked up truck it was the same, save for check engine light being off for about 10 minutes. Back for 4th time today; still waiting for an actual fix. Staff seem generally nice, yet can't vouch for qualifications of technicians. Insult to injury; Tech left dirty fingerprints on my dash two visits ago. I requested the dash be cleaned of grease last visit, but grease remains on dash to this day. Seems pointless to lay paper floor mat down if filth will be left on dash console. As of now, I do NOT recommend Valor for service! read more

Would give 0 zero stars if I could. Poor customer service, have had issues with getting my titling paperwork since getting the car and every time I call I get the runaround. "We'll call you back" meanwhile three days go by and I have to call back to get the same response. Have talked to the front desk, finance, even the manager and my issues were never resolved to this day. Almost 2 months after buying the car. read more

My mom took her 05 Ford Five Hundred to get fixed 2 weeks ago. And a week later the car won't start. They put in a new battery and the fuse box fried the new battery. Their technicians do not know how to fix cars and rip you off on purpose. read more

horrible experience! i would give no stars if i could. i got my car from there not even a year ago and it's hitting me with problem after problem! i just can't take it anymore, first it was the fact that they never inspected the car when i took it home and they never called to inspect it until i told showed up and told them to do their job after a week or so of nothing and that i was essentially driving someone else's car with their papers, hair ties, etc. still in the car after i purchased it. second, they sold me a car with crap brake pads and three to four other things that they ended up fixing when i finally did take it back to get a proper inspection. but obviously they did a crap job because it's like every time i'm opening the hood it's because another this is wrong. we've replaced the terminals on the battery because whoever had the car before us had ruined them by stripping the bolts and leaving it rusted and unkept. had to get a new battery, which was so low and struggling to function that it never even gave a light warning about the battery going out. also bought the car with crap conditioned headlights so at night i could barely see and wipers were complete trash, those were the first two things i bought for the car in the first month of having it and pushed it off as regular maintenance and didn't bother complaining to them since i trusted they sold me a safe vehicle. now, i'm stuck with a camshaft issue that itself will be a reasonably priced part but the labor! the labor to have it fixed is costing me hundreds of dollars that i can barely afford with a baby on the way! these are so many issues in just the first year, it hasn't even been a year yet, of having this damn car and it's having so many issues that ,had it been properly inspected, would probably show beforehand that it was a lost cause and maybeeee then they wouldn't have either sold it to me or they wouldn't have tried to sell it for 4 times more than what it's worth. worst experience ever, never ever ever work with them! save yourself the headache! read more

Unfortunately I can not recommend the service department. I had my rotors and brake pads replaced as part of a regular maintenance. Immediately upon leaving the garage with my car I heard awful squealing noises as I break. I called back the service department and I mentioned the fact that there was a very awful noises coming from the car. I was told that it was normal after maintenance for that to occur, and that it would go away. I tried to give it some time but, unfortunately, the noise was too much to handle. After they took another look at the car it showed that the back brake pads were not sitting well and that the rotors and brake pads were shot. I was frustrated and felt like my time was wasted when this was something that should have been caught upon releasing the car to me. They "fixed" the back brakes again and I was on my way...for only another short time. Still horrible noise! I brought the car back for a THIRD time... they said it must be the front brake pads are not good because they have been getting them from a "down town shop" and not from manufacturer. They set up a FOURTH appointment to "fix" the front brakes. It seemed fine when they gave me the car back but I had a insane amount of oil/lubricant staining all over my two front wheels. Not long after I have squealing again... They are not properly checking cars before they release them. Each time the sound was VERY clear. After shoveling out that much money I was just wanting quiet functioning brakes. At this point I don't know if I just am going to live with this obnoxious sound or go pay for piece of mind that the brakes are safe. read more
