So, Nick came and gave us an estimate on insulating our screened porch roof that we were having converted to a sunroom. As soon as the sunroom was done, we called him to let him know we were ready. We had to call FOUR times, speaking every time to his receptionist and leaving a message with her, before he finally got back in touch with us. He then promised the job would be done on a certain day. No one showed up, no one called to let us know they couldn't come, nothing. They then promised a second day. Again, no show -- no call, nothing. I would NOT recommend this business as they don't seem to want a small job like ours, even though he seemed fine with doing it when he came out and gave us an estimate months ago.
