Definitely favoritism . The therapist to patient ratio is astronomical so it's very dangerous for the patients . The pay is awful , the health insurance is worse . Upon entering you have no check in, no security on site and then there are the poor souls consigned to there. A good friend spent years there and the staffs ineptness almost killed him every 90 days. The nurses are far out numbered per ratio of patients so your love one has a high % of being neglected simple because they are under staffed. If you are recovering from an illness or health scare try do it at home ( patient bill of rights ) or go to a better managed facility.
