Out - Of- Network is the same as having no insurance because the deductible is higher and most of the billing will be on the patient to pay out of pocket. The facility was great, but I was very specific in stating that I would rather not detox if my insurance would not cover the majority of the bill. I was assured that they ACCEPTED my insurance. They just FORGOT to mention they were not part of my network. And for those saying, why didn't you check. Read up and Read again..,..was headed to detox...??!!@@

I can already see that I am blessed with a care, compassionate, empathetic professional who treats the needs of his patients with utmost respect. Oftentimes in the medical business it is BUSINESS first and patient SECOND.
