I gave her another chance and booked again. She confirmed 1:00 PM, then rescheduled 30 minutes before the appointment to 4:00 PM. I showed up at 4:00, waited until 4:25, and she was still not there. No call. No text. No explanation. I tried calling and texting no response. If you can't manage your schedule or communicate with paying clients, you shouldn't be running a business. This is not a one-time mistake, it's a pattern. Don't waste your time.

I spoke to Tim/Owner, and he denied everything, of course. Rather than take responsibility for their horrific work, and harm to my dog, he was super nasty to me. Their complete lack of maturity and customer service was very shocking to me, and it cost over $200 in Vet Bills + the cost of grooming. And who did the evaluation of the injured dog was the manager..fights started happening because dalyn's evaluations are shitty. She doesn't let the dogs have enough time and allows unneatured males into daycare. And then has the audacity to say" balls have nothing to do with it " umm. Balls have Everything to do with it..just shows how ignorant this manager is. This is the only daycare that allows this.. No other daycare excepts unneatured dogs..why? Because it's Common sense . I mean duh.. Ive been working with dogs longer than shes been alive.Dalyn is by far the worse manager I've ever had. And hope to ever have. I mean good God! Since the staff change my dog has boarded 2x, during pickup they are not remembering toys brought with her, unused food being returned and forgetting her harness and leash, Not a huge deal except i live an hour and half away, still not a huge deal spoke with Leland (mgr) and he assured me that he would get issue resolved. Upon pickup this past weekend I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with their NEW receptionist, not impressed at all... While discussing what was being forgotten this time I asked about the ball forgotten from last visit and she got an attitude and rolled her eyes at me (of course facing away from the camera they have in the lobby) Well Im sorry that set off my bitch switch and for that I apologize but her eye rolling and attitude were uncalled for in a professional place of business, and when the OLD staff here were always so gracious and friendly no matter what then its unexpected and unacceptable, I work in customer service and would not have a job if i rolled my eyes at a customer. At any rate I will no longer be bringing my Tia to this facility. They really should do some customer service training with this individual as she clearly needs it .
